Pupa Hostel

- Моя первая ночь в Hostel Pupa в Которе была крайне неприятной. После 22 часов, в период, когда должно обеспечиваться соблюдение тишины и покоя гостей, сотрудник громко выкрикивал моё имя в присутствии других постояльцев. Подобное поведение в ночное время и в общем пространстве выглядело неуместным и вызвало у меня серьёзный дискомфорт, в том числе с точки зрения уважения к личным границам и принципам конфиденциальности. После этого зона рецепции оставалась без персонала, в то время как гости смотрели телевизор, готовили еду и громко общались. В два ночи, часы тишины фактически не соблюдались, а контроль со стороны сотрудников отсутствовал, что сделало нормальный отдых невозможным. Утром другой сотрудник извинился и предложил полную компенсацию в случае моего выезда, что я оцениваю положительно. Мы обсудили произошедшее, и вторая ночь прошла спокойно. Тем не менее, инцидент, произошедший именно в 2:00 ночи, уже повлиял на моё состояние и общее впечатление от пребывания. Отсутствие полноценного отдыха сказалось на начале дня и возможности насладиться отпуском. Несмотря на последующие извинения и улучшение ситуации, последствия первой ночи остались.

- Şehir vergisi günlük 1 Euro ama oradaki görevli günlük 2 Euro aldı odalar küçük ve fazla yatak var mutfak koridorda ve kapı arkası çok küçük akşam yemeği yapmak için sıra bekliyor sun kaldığım odanın camların önüne ranza konmuş pencereyi açamıyorum

- Bed Bugs. the first night wake up with just a couple of bites so i thought it was a mosquito. but next day a lots red bite both arms couple in my leg. i wanted to tell to the staff but he was really unfriendly and looks like doesnt want to talk or listen at all. when i asked something , answering just one word then back to pc. never look at me. i was so disappointed as everyone saying staff are nice... i mean no need any smiling or long talk extra helping but it was very hard to try to talk to him. so yeah i just had a bad luck of staff and bed. i was already tired trying, this is why i left hostel without telling and i dont think the hostel helps anything to me. but i think people need to know that there is bed bugs. yeah only the location is nice and if you need cheaper place to stay in kotor.

- Owner was yelling aggressively at one of the staff when I arrived. Did not stop, greet me, change behaviour when I did. She ended up in tears. A horrible thing to witness and made the stay stressful. Too many beds jammed into rooms, inadequate bathroom facilities for numbers of guests, mattress was very bad, room smelled. Would not recommend.

- Super rude cleaning lady in the hostel She does speak English and I asked for the aircon control back, as she went to my room twice to turn the aircon off (she ignored me) then she starts to look at me and make fun off in her own language talking about my sunglasses and the way I was dressed After that she started speaking English with me and I said “ you don’t need to be rude I know you speak English and you are making fun of me for no reason, that’s very impolite”

+ The location of the property was very nice, it was right next to Kotor old town. The view from the entrance of the property was amazing

- The hostel rooms were smelly due to other tenants leaving their used shoes on the floor and dirty clothes (smell of the clothes which doesn’t dry under sunlight was too much). The toilets were generally clean but was not that clean. There was no water when I woke up on my 2nd day here.

+ Lo mejor de todo son las chicas que te reciben, super majas, te explican todo lo que ver en al ciudad, cosas que hacer, donde comer y cenar, de verdad que las personas más majas de mi viaje sin duda! Está en muy buen lugar, las habitaciones son lo que son, no pidas más pero cumple su función para estar un par de noches! Totalmente recomendable!

- Una de las zonas de baño olía bastante mal pero bueno es aguantable y creo que era algo pasajero

+ Melhor hostel da cidade. Melhor equipe, vibe muito gostosa. Tudo limpo e organizado, seguro, com serviço de lavanderia, jogos de tabuleiro, violão, noite de filmes, cozinhas equipadas, Internet excelente, muito bem localizado. Recomendo, vale cada centavo.

+ The accommodation is right across from the old town; you can walk into the old town just across the street. It's also very close to all the attractions. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. There are free parking spaces nearby, which is very convenient for tourists like me who rent cars. The room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the host is very warm and friendly. I recommend this accommodation to tourists visiting Kotor.

+ 房間、衛生設備乾淨，離市區景點和巴士站很近。附近超市、餐廳都很近。交通方便。

- 住的房間有異味，空氣不流通，沒有廚房，公共區域很小。這裡住宿的人們比較沒有互動，比較安靜。要自己帶浴巾、沐浴乳和洗髮乳。

+ 空港まで公共交通手段がないため、タクシーを呼んでもらいました。快く対応してもらえたので、助かりました。
