ITC Hotel Amsterdam

Me gustó que mi habitación la mantuvieran limpia, el personal se esforzaba en ello, sin embargo no fue en el hotel de la foto, eso no me gustó, además sábanas rotas, viejas, limpio si, pero por el precio considero que es inadmisible sábanas rotas, toallas con quemaduras, limpio insisto, pero eso no me gustó, el tener que ir a otro edificio menos. La ubicación muy bien, el personal amable.

Location is great. Staff was helpful and very nice. However, the room and the bed sheets weren't super clean, it was smelly (humidity). The price per night is high for the experience I had.

Very nice! I booked a non-refundable option and was accidentally a day off and I called and even though nothing could be changed, the woman who answered the call was super kind and helpful and offered to. look up the hostel world policies for me and called me back. The room was very nice. A little expensive and it was small, but it had towels and linens. Close to a lot of food places.

typical amsterdam hotel. they look to scrape every penny out of you ass possible. the 20 euro held so that you will leave a positive review is just another scam. beware, if you look to stay an extra night they will rise prices. went from 45 to 55 then all of a sudden it was 75 😂 amsterdam centraal

was very disappointed, arriving in the evening not getting what I had booked. I could have been informed about it before hand bt wasn't, also turned out that my mails written to the hotel, had not been read/reacted on. Had it been earlier in the day, I would have changed places. the shared toilet was in a mess. :(

Great hotel with an equally great location with just 20 -30 mins walk to most tourist sites including the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum, and shopping in Rokin. Staff is friendly and warm, and facilities are very clean. Some people complain about the stairs but that is to be expected. However, please do consider having an inside latch for the door.

Too many negative points. I saw a rat in my room at 3am, I didn’t get any support or refund for my lack sleep. The staff weren’t supportive. Staff coming inside my room using their own card to access it. No safety and privacy at all. The walls were so thin so you hear loud noise, inside and outside the the “hotel”. Small room, steep stairs. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I wouldn’t never recommend this place. Overpriced and doesn’t worth your money They are dishonest, disrespectfu...

The room and bathroom was really nice and clean, the shower had great water pressure. Right on the canal and next to a tram stop so easy to get to everything.
