OTEL SEMA

Highly do not recommend. I booked through the app. I called&messaged through whatsapp to confirm the reservation and that there will be somebody at the reception when I arrive (late evening). They saw my messages but never responded. When I arrived they claimed they never received my booking and didn’t respond because they don’t speak english (I texted in turkish). They said I should cancel app reservation and pay the original price to the hotel (3 times the price stated on the app).

I don't know which part isn't good, either hostelworld or the hotel it self. I arrived there and they said they didn't receive my booking number. and then they ask me to pay doubled than the price when I booked it. The hotel it self not clean, kinda hotel under construction. My room even not lock when I arrive there ufff so bad. I would say not recommended guys even they show a cheap price but in the end you should pay really expensive. Better book another hotel!

they double booked me I made a reservation as you do travelled 3hours only to arrive and have them tell me they have no rooms! there was no communication beforehand to let me know this which then left me without a room and highly stressed. would not recommend booking with this hotel.
