Lo único rescatable del lugar fue Elly, una chica que nos atendió excepcionalmente. De ahí en fuera para nada es como en las fotos. Las habitaciones son diminutas, los “lockers” no sirven. Pagué por dormitorio femenino y para bañarme debía meterme al mixto, es absurdo. Una regadera (súper sucia) para todo el hostal. La cocina se ve que no la han limpiado en meses 🤢 muy incómoda experiencia.

Security is not taken seriously. Some of the doors have same entry code. When brought to the attention of staff on duty I was laughed at. There was women’s hairball in shared shower for 3 days! Corners of floors filthy, kitchen filthy; obviously no deep clean done in a long time. Tour buses pass by regularly spewing fumes and there is construction going on late into the night on the closest corner.

This hostel is very basic. Located above the bussiest dusty street. 1 toilet and shower for 8 people. Mattress had a human imprint - was at least 10 years old. Secure locker so small that 15 inch laptop will not fit. They do not accept responsibility for stolen items, but no secure storage for bagagge. Rooftop is open only during the day, so no sunset/sunrise yoga, cold water shower mostly. The pool they claim to have is 2 by 2 meters 1 meter deep and there was no water just a ladder standing in

There were cigarette butts and ashes on the floor in the shared bathroom, and no toilet paper or soap. There was a terrible cigarette smell in the corridors. we didn’t get the room that we booked and the place looked nothing like the pictures. It’s also very lourd as it’s right next to a busy road.

A great location no doubt. We only stayed one night, arriving late and then flying the next day so just checked out in the morning and spent the day at the beach. We’d spent 3 weeks in Mexico staying at amazing hostels but this wasn’t one of them, this was my one and only disappointment. It was dirty. Polyester sheets. Wouldn’t dare touch the supposed drinking water in shared area. They supposedly charge you for leaving your luggage and using the facilities after check out, I suppose due t...

All good other than being expensive and they want you to pay to refill your water. They fixed what was wrong with all of our needs. Good experience overall. I would recomend.

Une arnaque ! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce lieu. Au delà du fait que les photos sont mensongères, cet hôtel est hors du commun dans l’atteinte à la pudeur et le vol : - Des caméras sont présentes dans chaque chambre - il n’y a pas de respect du sommeil avec des lampes laissées allumées toute la nuit - des allers et venues des gérants, si t’es nue c’est pareil - ils sont voleur de caution et ne rendent pas la totalité par une mauvaise foi sans égale ! Very poor hygiene, even for a beach hostel. The shower drain is clogged (there’s only one shower), brown stains on sheets and towels, poop stains on the toilet that no one ever cleans. There’s also super limited space to hang out in when it rains. Can’t say I recommend.

Definitely needs some work, there aren’t lockers, a small one is above your pillow which is rather annoying. The place is probably safe but lockers are a must for the backpack and other electronics. Also die Unterkunft befindet sich in der 4. Etage. Die Zimmer sind oke. Die Klima geht von 21 Uhr bis um 9 Uhr, und wird tagsüber ausgeschaltet. Die Fenster sind dann meist alle geöffnet. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und läd zum koch ein. Für Trinkwasser wird 5 Pesos verlangt, jedoch wird der Trinkbehälter mit normalem Leitungswasser befüllt. Die lage war Top man hat zum Strand nicht mal 5 mibten gebraucht.

Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen hier. Die Küche war richtig gut ausgestattet und alle Leute sehr nett.

I had a private room and it was unclean so I left a day early. If it were clean the hostel would have been great. Staff are nice and location is great, rooftop is awesome.

The staff and volunteers were friendly and kind, I felt very much at home

Todo estuvo bien excepto que el último día me toco de vecino un huesped que roncaba muchísimo y no pude dormir.

My room was very basic, but it was clean. There was a very funky smell coming from the ensuite bathroom (I had a private room/bath) for the first day and a half, but once that went away it was lovely. Staff was amazing! I got some great restaurant recommendations from them. The location was within a block of the main plaza by the beach, and everything was within close walking distance. This was my first time using a hostel and I was pleasantly surprised. Great value for the money.

Great hostel with unbeatable location. Staff are super friendly, happy to help, and very knowledgeable. The AC was a little cold one night and they were happy to help with blankets or turning if off the next. Good kitchen and amazing rooftop view

Endroit très bien placé, les chambres sont ok, et l’équipement aussi. Un bon endroit pour dormir et faire escale. Le personnel est de qualité et prends le temps de nous accompagner. Simple et efficace !

The staff was amazing, especially Sol! She helped me a lot with planning my route and was very kind and professional.

Sol and the staff are very kond and helpful, nice beds. If you wish to escape the party hostel and touristy vibe, this is the place to be.

Me encantó hospedarme en Cuca Macuca. Estuve viajando por el Yucatán y me quedé en este hostal varias veces durante mis vacaciones. Me quedé en un Mixed dorm room, muy asequible. El lugar tiene un lounge área que usé en lo que trabajaba desde mi compu. Está ubicado muy cercas a la playa y restaurantes. Me encantaron las vibras! Valeria is Sol son muy amigables. Me sentí como si estuviera platicando con amigas

L’hostel et ses installations sont un peu rudimentaires mais il est bien placé et le personnel est très gentil.

Muy bonito hostal. super cerca del muelle principal. Tiene un mini-micronalberquita, pero yo la amé. Diario me metí a ella y te revive, además de que tiene una hermosa vista. El personal superamable y platicador,además que me orientaron sobre que hacer. Es un lugar para descansar, como lo es todo Puerto Morelos. Quizá podría haber algunas repisas y ganchos más en los baños y en las camas. Considera quetendrás que cargar maletas hasta el cuarto piso.

Really great location. Close to the grocery store and all the PM has to offer. The place was clean, the staff was nice. The rooftop was a bonus. Please note: that there is a policy of no smoking, having alcohol on the premises or drinking alcohol on the property (this was not an issue for me, just letting future guests know)
