Room Sanda

We booked the place just to do a sleepover on our way back home. The place was clean and we could check-in late which was very convinient. The big missing point was the AC which was only a ventilator, one of the key component to be able to sleep well at 30⁰C...

I had booked the private room was as I saw it in the photos. Tidy space with old furniture and balcony door was broken.

Sanda was very sweet and very helpful. But the cleaning in the room was very bad. There were dust everywhere and the kitchen was dirty.

Sanda was so lovely and accommodating. There was not much atmosphere as it is more of an apartment. There are multiple supermarkets near by but it is further from the main town. Bus stop is right near which is good. The room was a bit older and rundown.

The host is helpful, keen with information about the immediate area, And the city itself. Cannot go wrong with this choice to stay in when in Split !!!

We had a wonderful stay in Split. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our host was extremely friendly and attentive, which made us feel very welcome. The location was also perfect – easy to reach by car, with convenient parking, and just a short walk from the beautiful old town. We would happily stay here again and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Sanda is a great host, very knowledgable about Croatia and she is super helpful and accommodating! I needed a place that was nice and quiet but also accessible to the stadium and this exceeded my expectations. Old town is a little bit far (~15-20 minutes), but it was nice and affordable being here.

Sanda was an absolutely amazing host! She was very welcoming and informative. We could also check in earlier thanks to her. Thank you for a great visit Sanda. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! It’s an apartment with two bedrooms and one shared bathroom of which you book one of the bedrooms. Sanda was a lovely host and was of good help with any questions we had. Great value for money and the location is not far from beaches nor the city centre.

Spacious room, nice balcony, clean and safe.

Sanda was an amazing hostess. When we arrived there wasn't any parking spot because of a football match. She was kind enough to help us finding one and stand there for some time until we arrive to save us the spot. The house was homeing and the beds were super comfortable.

A great place in Split! Sanda is a very helpful and very nice host. She gave us a lot of advice on what to do in Split. The place is clean and not too warm during the summer.

Really friendly hosts and amazing amenities! Loved the balcony and the beds. Shower was a bit clogged but everything else was very clean.
