  1. Confirmado Hostelworld

First of all, approaching this place in the night was lowkey terrifying, but when you wake up its the most beautiful place you've ever seen. The bus will drop you off, and you must hike along a cross-country ski track. The little old lady at the front desk was like a cute fairy, but she spoke no English. She can communicate via Google Translate, and she assured us they treated for bed bugs, which we were a little wary about, but we believed her because she's cute. An experience, but I recommend.

  2. Confirmado Hostelworld

TLDR: Infested with BED BUGS so don't stay here (or at least keep your stuff outside of your room). The hostel is located in the woods which is fine during the day but at night it is not only difficult to get to but also really creepy (when I first arrived I thought it was abandoned). There is hot water and everything seemed clean, but there are no wall plugs so its hard to charge anything. Most importantly, there were also bed bugs. I got bites all over my hand.

Nice spot. 12 bed dorm upstairs, with the floor mattresses, has bedbugs

  4. Confirmado Hostelworld

BEDBUGS!!! Unfortunately we had pre-paid for 5 nights in the hostel so we were kinda stuck with the bedbugs. Hostel is quite far from Chamonix. The hostel has a kitchen where you can cook dinner. The facilities are quite minimal and generally the hostel is not very clean. After a woman in our dorm checked-out, the room was not cleaned, the bins were not taken out, maybe even the bedsheets weren't changed. Not very clean and you risk getting bedbugs. We're camping in Chamonix next time.
