Soula Hotel

La atención fue pésima: el señor muy maleducado y sin recepción hasta las 15 hs. La limpieza un desastre, olor a cloaca y humedad en la habitación, baño deprimente. No respetaron la seña abonada por Hostelworld y nos la volvieron a cobrar; al reclamar nos dijeron que “era así” y se fueron sin dar solución. No volvería a hospedarme.

If you’re looking for a cheap hotel than that’s this. If you’re looking for a hostel this is not that. Rooms were clean, I was comfortable but this wasn’t a hostel and that’s what I was looking for.

I booked a private room for 1 but was given a room with 3 single beds (single and a bunk). It was very basic, if i had known this was the bed arrangement and i was to spend that much money again i would just book a hotel and have a proper bed and privacy as people walking on the street could see into my room so i had to close the curtain at all times. 20 second walk from the beach. Cupboard in room didnt lock so couldnt secure valuables.

This is a hotel, not a hostel. Naxos in general is not a place for you if you plan to go clubbing. I had 3 beds in my room and the kitchen is a plus. Thing is I went back to my room to change because my friend was coming and when I got to the room they were cleaning my room (which is good) and they left but never came back to finish :/

sehr dünne wände (man hört wirklich alles aus den nachbarräumen), dusche ist offen, sodass der ganze badezimmerboden nass wird, personal war aber sehr freundlich und strand ganuso wie innenstadt zu fuß in 5 minuten erreichbar, hafenshuttel gabs umsonst:)

Great location! The beach, shops, and laundry were all so close and area if very walkable. Close to the port and bus station. We had a private room with a balcony and a fridge. Would love a secure place to leave valuables in the room. Not much atmosphere if looking to meet other travellers though.

Soula Hotel is perfectly located just two minutes walk from the beach and ten minute walk from the port in Naxos. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the kitchenette was under-equipped and could have used a microwave. There was a balcony area which allowed for bathers and towels to dry quickly. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the ferry or airport. The only downside was the amount of sand that was tracked in from the beach!

Pedro picked me up from the airport and was super hospitable! I had a single (basement level) room, but for some reason I had 3 beds (which is cool). The showers were incredibly cramped, but the room had AC which was really nice. The walls are pretty thin so I can hear people from the outside (but there weren't that many people). The floor has a little bit of sand when I got there, which is understandable but still not very fun to step on. Overall though, I think it was worth the money!

Staff was very helpful & nice. Location is perfect, close to everything! They tidied up the room everyday when we were gone. They offered us late checkout (for no extra charge) after asking us what time our ferry was at as well as a ride to the port. Would recommend !!

Soula Hotel was a perfect stay in Naxos. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a great balcony that made it easy to relax and enjoy the breeze. The location couldn’t be better — just two blocks from the beach, close to laundry and everything you might need, yet still peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and made the whole experience feel warm and easy. A refreshing and convenient spot with stunning surroundings — highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay. We got picked up at the port (free shuttle service) by Petros. He showrd and told us the nice spots (also price wise) to eat and go. There was always someone at the reception until 12 and after that they were available by phone in case of an emerceny. We could also wats app when we had questions about transport, were to eat, everything we wanted to know actually. The room was big, clean and even had a nice little kitchen area. For the money we paid it was fabulous.

Perfecf hosts, could not have been more helpful or friendly. Thank you for the lovely stay, would recommend to everyone looking for somewhere to stay in Naxos.

I felt very welcomed and the staff was really nice to me. Really close to the beach, 30sec walk, there’s a restaurant near the hotel, laundry, the « downtown » is a 5min walk, peaceful aera. I recommend 100% if you’re looking for peace a welcoming staff. As a woman solo travelling, I felt safe and I felt the authenticity of Greece there. Will 100% come back one day.

We had a really good stay at Soula! Very helpful staff with free shuttles to the airport and really good location with the beach basically a 1 minute walk away. The place is well organized and clean. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful staff, amazing location, and comfortable beds! Only improvement would be a secure place within the rooms to lock up valuables.

The staff was so welcoming and sweet, rooms were very clean and great location right near the sea and only 10 min to old town area. Would absolutely come back, 10/10 recommend!!! Staff was my favorite part❤️

Great location, great value for money

AMAZING!!!!! Such good value for money!!! I had 3 beds in my room for the price I wouldn’t even pay for 1 bed back at home (NZ). Very clean and tidy, very convenient location only 10 mins walk from the ferry and literally 30 seconds walk from a beach with heaps of beach club type restaurants Staff very friendly and helpful! Good English! I am a female solo traveler and felt very safe on the whole island!!

Great hotel in a central location. Free hotel drop off to and from ferry port was invaluable! Staff very welcoming!
