There was mold everywhere, even next to the headrest in my bed, the toilets were always clogged and the showers were cold and didn’t have a good stream. The workers were nice though. But even for this low price I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

there was mold in half of the rooms, even right next to you in bed. aircon didn’t work for more than 30 min at a time and toilet was clocked the whole time. luckily the manager offered us a full refund if we checked out earlier.

Hostel was ok. 50k & 25k dorms. 25k are nicer tbh. Both no hot water. Loud in the evening but louder in the morning because even staff waking up start to be loud @7:30. Rating is because I got scammed booking here my trip from here to Amed. When I got to Padangbai I got told that there was nothing booked further than that. I had to reorganize for myself paying double for what should have included all transport but only had half. They didn’t help & lied to me on the phone about fixing it

I would not recommend staying here. The beds were in terrible condition — the top bunk above me was half broken and barely secured, getting worse every day. It felt like it could collapse at any moment. The frames seemed to be made out of cheap materials and offered no real safety or stability. Reported the issue several times, but very little was done to fix it. It’s disappointing that basic safety concerns were ignored. I tried to be fair with my rewviww good location but everything else awful random me coming into our room to go to the toilet we had no locks and we told the staff we felt unsafe they laughed in our faces

Definitely a party hostel and it keeps on going past 11pm and is so loud in the rooms. not clean at all. Toilets blocked and overflowing all the time. Beds are really loud and the separations are flimsy and thin. Mattress with plastic cover etc Only good thing is the lockers were in a separate room next to the bathroom so meant you could get your stuff etc without disturbing people

Einer der ekligsten Unterkünfte. Zimmer hat feucht gerochen. Meine Matratze war schief, sodass ich die ganze Nacht in der Schräge lag. Bad dreckig. Kein fließend Wasser von 11pm bis 10am. Kotze in der Toilette die nicht runtergespült werden konnte. Partyhostel. Gäste knallen Türen, reden laut im Zimmer, ich habe die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugemacht. Personal zwar sehr nett und die Hostelveranstaltungen wirkten einladend.

Price quality badly. Beds have plastic covers but they’re wide. The pool is dirty/has green sides. The poolside mattresses look dirty/smutty. No towel.

The mattress is good, but everytime you move it feels like the bed frame is falling apart. Social hostel met lovely people in here. However, the toilet and shower are so bad that me and my roommates have been going to the ones at the gym and spa. Even the public toilets in the street are so much cleaner. Reception knows tho don’t worry we’ve been telling them like 4 times a day, it just doesn’t change anything.

Great hostel for the price. Lovely staff, fariz i think was his name, top guy, helped me get a taxi to another part of the island within like 10minutes as they aren’t many grab drivers in Kuta.

Perfect location in Kuta, nice vibe. Chad was an absolute legend made it super easy to settle in to the hostel and area 👍

Staff were very helpful, especially Shak.

I enjoyed my stay at IBH. The hostel is really central, and close to many cafes, restaurants and bars. The rep, Chad, had lots of good recommendations for places to eat, surf, and dance (he even lent me a book to read which was very much appreciated). The hostel itself is basic, but central, the dorm bathrooms had the remains of old guest belongings, and the showers are cold, but ultimately a okay spot to stay, especially considering the price. Chad really made it worth the stay so good on him!

Absolutely loved the chill and social atmosphere at this hostel, & Chad is the man!!!

Is you want to party cheap and don’t give a. F about cleanliness, go here. The staff is very very nice!!

nice budget hostel. beds are very comfy and clean. bathroom was okay, little bit mouldy looking. shout out to Fariz, super friendly and helpful with local knowledge!!

super cooles Hostel direkt im Zentrum von Kuta! Bunk Beds mit Vorhängen, tolle Common Area mit Pool und Day Beds! Jeden Abend gibt es eine Aktivität, ob Party mit DJ oder Free Dinner :) Faris der Bartender ist super nett und macht die besten Drinks (nur 60k für zwei Cocktails in der Happy Hour!) Strawberry der Party Leader bringt auch tolle Stimmung mit rein. Große Empfehlung wenn man den Surfer Lifestyle in Kuta spüren möchte!

Overall good hostel, nice staff. Just a little weird that the mattresses are wrapped in plastic so every time someone moved during the night you could hear it.

Such a great stay at IBH! The beds were so big and comfortable - definitely some of my best sleeps on this trip. The only reason it’s not a 10 is because the bathrooms could’ve been a 🤏🏻 little better - the toilet was always clogged and shower was broken 💔 otherwise, still a good hostel, especially for the price. The highlight was the staff - thank you Strawberry, Yusril, Rio and especially Dika for all the kindness and fun!!

Lala was the absolute best! Stayed longer just for her - when the energy of an employee makes the whole difference

Great place, Fab staff, feels like home, great pods in rooms, toliets and showers need fixing, need better lighting in the bathrooms but GREAT value for money and 10/10 vibe. Careful of leaving any belongings out to dry or not locked away, experienced alot of thefts while here for a month and witnessed lots of people have things stolen and never returned.

Very nice crowd, nice staff and fun events like bbq’s (good vegan options), karaoke, dancing etc. BUT, definitely the dirtiest hostel I’ve ever been to, I have mostly been choosing cheap hostels so I don’t expect much, but this was uncomfortably dirty, honestly scared to get sick after staying here.
