DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! On our first night we woke up in the middle of the night and found all of our stuff completely soaked because the ceiling was leaking. When we told the staff they didn’t apologise or care. Instead they laughed in our faces. We were promised compensation for one night but when we checked out we did not receive it. The staff just explained that they have maintenance issues meaning they knew our room hade this problem. One of the worst hostel experiences ever!
Despite the very charming photos, there is a problem with cleanliness. We found ourselves with an almost dead cockroach behind the bathroom door, dirt stains all over the walls, floor and joints, yellow, black, brown, green stains, also on the sheets. We were really not comfortable in such a dilapidated environment despite the requests and the work done by the cleaning team on a daily basis. Despite everything, the team is absolutely charming, and the place is very beautiful !

HORRIBLE! every coin is absolutely disgusting. what a sadness, with the potential they have! the pool is disgusting! the mattresses that surround it are infected, and full of mould. yet the employees are so numerous, I don't understand how they manage to arrive at such a state of general filth. i was in a bungalow. luckily the dimmed light prevented me from seeing the condition of the room. i used to travel in homestays, but that's for the price, it's scandalous!
Absolute Katastrophe. Das erste Dorm (unten) hat nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit gestunken, Ich könnte zum Glück noch das Zimmer wechseln und die 2. Etage war deutlich besser. Badezimmer dreckig und heruntergekommen, öffentliches WC unten widerlich und nicht gereinigt, nicht Social und heruntergekommen. Sie renovieren gerade. Nicht zu empfehlen für den Preis. Lieber ins PuriRinjani oder Botchan.
The first dormitory (bottom) smelled of mold and moisture, I could luckily still change the room and the 2nd floor was significantly better. bathrooms dirty and run down, public toilet downstairs disgusting and not cleaned, not social and run down. they are renovating. not recommended for the price. prefer PuriRinjani or Botchan.
The room has never seen any proper maintenance. The front doors, when locked, can move sideways leaving a 10cm gap for any creature to enter your room (mostly mosquitos). The bathroom tiles are broken near the floor and the shower is covered in lime. Hot water runs out in 1 minute. Mosquitos can freely enter your room through the bathroom and front door, this kept us from decent sleep. Overall; the place is fine if you pay 20 euro’s for it per night, we paid 45+ euro’s which is way to expens...
Die Dorms sind ekelhaft-verschimmelt und werden nur mit Besen gereinigt… Die dusche ist komplett verkalkt und überall ist alles voll mit Staub. Nicht empfehlenswert. Gerade wird dort gebaut oder renoviert keine Ahnung aber das ist eine Zumutung in der Dusche sich zu duschen. Wasserhahn ist fast abgefallen und die Betten sind zwar gemütlich aber die Bezüge sind gewaschen aber trotzdem dreckig. The dorms are ectopic-molded and are cleaned only with a broom... The shower is completely calcified and everywhere is full of dust. Not recommended. Gerade is being built or renovated there I have no idea but this is a Zumutung in the shower to shower. The faucet has fallen fast and the beds are cozy but the linen is washed but still dirty. Also in the bedroom everything is full of sand dust We really don't complain but this was a condition
This was not a good hostel for me. It was like a ghost town, and construction everywhere (which is fine, but right at my doorstep), and felt like a vacuum. Bathroom was very dirty. The other girls I met also left the next day for same reasons. Hope it gets better
I'm not sure if it's a hostel or a construction site, especially since there's no key for the dorm room.
Black mould on the roof and bed bugs. Facilities were okay, but wifi was terrible and could barely work with it
Notre séjour à Dream Cowork Hostel était un cauchemar. L’établissement paraissait propre au premier abord mais nous avons rapidement aperçu des punaises de lit dans notre dortoir. Nous avons été piqué à plusieurs reprises et j’ai subi des infections à causes des insectes présent dans nos lits. Par ailleurs, j’ai demandé le remboursement de mes nuits ce qui selon moi est le minimum requis en guise de dédommagement mais nous avons seulement été remboursé pour 2 nuits sans ...
Our stay at Dream Cowork Hostel was a nightmare. The establishment looked clean at first glance but we quickly spotted bed bugs in our dorm. We were bitten several times and I got infections from the bugs in our beds. I also requested a refund for my nights which I think is the minimum required as compensation but we were only reimbursed for 2 nights without the Hostelworld deposit.

An sich für Leute die arbeiten möchten ein gutes Hostel. Wir waren in dem 6 er Dorm und man hat sich nicht wohlgefühlt. Überall war es schmutzig, die Decke hat sich langsam aufgelöst und auch das Bad war jetzt nicht das sauberste. Wir haben uns dann ein Privatzimmer genommen um sich etwas wohler zu fühlen. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass der Staff zwar super nett war, in Dingen Hostel etc. aber nicht immer ganz auf der Höhe war.
We were in the 6th Dorm and you didn't feel comfortable. It was dirty everywhere, the Ceiling was slowly dissolving and even the bathroom was not the cleanest now. We then took a private room to feel a little more comfortable. In summary, we can say that while the staff was super nice, in Dingen Hostel etc. but not always quite up to the mark.
Great place, extremely nice staff would recommend
Really wanted to love this place but the bathrooms are filthy, really need replacing with new ones as they smell awful and look like there from 1920’s. The pool looked like soup, not looked after or kept up, the showers had no hot water for 4 days, not happy about this. The staff were amazing but facilities and value for money wasn’t good so would never stay here again.
Nice hostel in Kuta Lombok, common areas are very nice. The hostel is a bit dirty tho
The only amazing thing about this hostel was the staff, Joy, Mimi, Will etc etc made our stay with their good energy and how helpful they were. The hostel itself has a lot of potential but it’s not great. We stayed in a 10 bed dorm and it barely got cleaned, the soap dispenser was empty for 2 days, and the bathroom was filthy to the point the shower clogged. The pool also wasn’t the cleanest. My stay at the co workers dream hotel was excellent. The location is ideal and the staff are more than lovely. Always really chatty and friendly to you. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

6 Bed Dorm - BIG NO 10 Bed Dorm - Yes! Honestly, do not book the 6 bed dorm. Old and dirty, mold smell, the door is always a hint open so the AC cannot work against it + mosquitoes and insects are free to come in. But the 10 bed dorm upstairs is great! Everything is clean and new, great AC and comfy beds. If you book that dorm, I highly recommend staying at dream! The staff is also amazing! Thanks a lot to Andre for making it possible to switch rooms and to always greet me with a smile...

The dream hostel was one of my favorite hostels I've been to so far. The beds are cozy, the dorms are big and clean. But the best thing about the hostel are the people who work there. Thank you Riki, Devii, Ahmed, Walli and Maisy for everything🫶🏼

Really nice place. Stayed in the dorms but they were still very good, big pod style bed, plug and light. It was very clean I saw staff cleaning the floor and bathroom every day. All the linens felt fresh and hotel style. Big lockers. Pool area also very nice and well maintained. Good for doing work as there is lots of space for coworking, including quiet areas. Only problem is that WiFi didn’t really work in the dorm room, but it was fast in the working and pool area. Kind and friendly staff.

confortable bed, bug swimming pool with pillows and grass around ehre to relax. Nice area where to work with your computer. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch with good food for a good price. Great staff. The perfect place where to stay in Kuta.

The pool was great, at least two metres deep but other than that it wasn’t great! Maybe it was our room, but it was dirty and crawling with insects and mosquitoes. Really wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was excellent and the most outstanding thing was the reception, the extremely friendly staff and good vibes.
