- There were bedbugs in several rooms. It should be treated with more attention.

- La camera non era pulita: c’erano capelli nei letti, sporco sul pavimento e una sensazione generale di scarsa igiene. Il personale è stato scortese e poco professionale: non salutano, non guardano nemmeno in faccia quando entri o esci, nessuna attenzione al cliente. Il prezzo è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta. La cosa più grave: ho riportato numerose punture compatibili con cimici da letto dopo aver dormito lì. È inaccettabile pagare una cifra alta per una struttura che presenta questo tipo di problema.

- Reservé en este lugar y resulta que cuando llegué de noche sola no habia nadie, que está cerrado por temporada o no sé. Malísimo

- On m’a obligé à réserver par Booking.com alors que j’étais déjà sur place (au camping juste à côté ). Et lorsque j’ai dû annuler on m’a dit qu’avec Booking.com cc n’était pas possible.

+ No lo pude conocer dado que reservamos aquí y cuando llegamos nadie nos atendía. Estaba cerrado. De casualidad fuimos a preguntar a Rancho Grande si sabían algo de la recepción del lugar y una chica, con muy mala disposición, nos dijo que nos habían alojado en Rancho Grande porque el otro Hostel estaba en reparación. Reclamamos que nunca nos avisaron y nos invitó a alojarnos en otro lado si no nos gustaba. Lo que dice del budín en el desayuno es mentira, obviamente. Y calidad del otro Hostel mala. Los colchones extremadamente delgados y el baño para ducharte es el mismo que utiliza la gente que va a comer al restaurante ubicado en el mismo establecimiento.

+ The staff was very nice and accommodating. The common area was spacious.

- The living quarters were awful. I was in a tiny room with two bunk beds. It felt like a prison. During the two days I stayed here, I could barely sleep. It's too hot and stuffy in the room. There's no ventilation. The light from the hallway comes in through the frosted window on the door and they play loud music at the reception until about 11pm. I wanted to sleep early to do an early morning hike and I didn't even have to put on an alarm because I didn't sleep very deeply and woke up before I was supposed to wake up. On my last night, I couldn't sleep at all and went to the common area which was somewhat more comfortable than being in that suffocating room. Depending on who you end up getting roomed with, you could be sharing with someone who snores loudly which happened to me on the last night.

- Fui al lugar y no estaba operativo. Tuve que buscar otro hospedaje a las 22hs de la noche y con frío. Fui a Rancho grande, a preguntar sobre el inconveniente dado a que me comentó la chica de la recepción que eran lo mismo y brindó un trato super negativo y sin resolver el problema, aún sabiendo que está dado de alta en Booking estando cerrado. Tampoco lo recomiendo.

+ 値段が安い。フィッツロイの登山口に近いです。夜中に登山開始しても降りて来るまで荷物置いておいてくれます。誰か見ててくれるわけじゃないので自分で鍵を。

- 値段通り。

+ It was a fantastic hostel and really well run. The only thing I was in the downstairs room and it was really noisy at night from ventilators or generators.

- It was very well designed and informal.

+ Emplacement et espaces communs au top

- Présence de punaises de lit et d'insectes divers. Pas de chance ou manque d'entretien ?

+ The hostel has a good vibe, a warm and spacious communal area and clean, heated bathrooms. The rooms have bug lockers for all your luggage. The staff is helpful.

- Middle of March 2926: I got a room with bedbugs and got bitten all over, at least 20 bites. The staff was trying it's best and I could switch to the main hostel, Rancho Grande, and have all my clothes washed. Hopefully they have taken care of the problem as it was a horrible experience.

+ Excellent location for hiking. Apart from that, it's what you'd expect from a hostel. Note that this is a part of the nearby Rancho Grande, which has a 24h reception and restaurant that you're welcome to use if you're staying in Rancho Aparte.

- Luggage storage area is small, and depending on which room you're in, it can get a bit claustrophobic.

+ L’emplacement, les équipements et le personnel étaient supers.

- Malheureusement j’ai eu des punaises de lit (et je n’ai pas été la seule chambre). Je peux dire en revanche que le personnel a été fantastique pour gérer la situation.

+ Instalaciones

- Critica constructiva.... 1 regular más el nivel de vos en ciertas horas . No dejar ingresar gente ajena que no esté registrada... Por seguridad..

+ A great find! Really helpful staff, great rooms, great common area.
