Prenotando la camera non è per nulla chiaro che l'albergo ha due zone ben distinte: un'ala è per le camere riscaldate (per i turisti) e l'altra per le camere senza riscaldamento, molto fredde e utilizzate per le persone locali. Nella mia prenotazione ciò non era chiaro e ovviamente mi hanno dato la camera non riscaldata. Considerando che di notte la temperatura scende intorno ai zero gradi, in camera non è molto più caldo. Non c'era né asciugamano, né sapone. Non consiglio questo albergo.
booking the room is not at all clear that the hotel has two distinct zones: one wing is for the heated rooms (for tourists) and the other wing is for the unheated rooms, very cold and used by local people. in my reservation this was not clear and obviously they gave me the unheated room. considering that at night the temperature drops around zero, in the room it is not much warmer. there was neither soap nor soap. i do not recommend this hotel.
Overall it was good value, with an excellent breakfast. Room was a bit tired and lacked a power point to charge devices.
I've been Zaghro Hotel before & I hope I'll come visit again, beautiful Hotel, great people, good food, the pool area is 😍
Good place for nice price.
I enjoyed my stay. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming on a hot day. The staff were friendly and ready to answer any queries. My room was a good size. I would definitely stay there again
Spent three nights here and we loved it! Never had such amazing and friendly staff before, we ended up talking to them loads. Had a private room for such a good price and it even included a buffet breakfast! We loved it here and cant wait to stay again
Lovely hotel with lovely people :)
Really lovely place, staff were very friendly - room was nice, bathroom was clean, beds were comfy. The pool was nice to have as it gets hot too!
