The private rooms were really nice and looked nearly new! The breakfast is at the other hostel but not far away and it tasted very good!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Emma was amazing – she helped me book a 2-day, 1-night Ha Long Bay tour and also arranged my bus to Da Nang. She made everything so easy and stress-free for me. I truly enjoyed my time here and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ha Long. I would definitely come back again! 😊

Our 2 night stay at Kim’s was fantastic, nice rooms, good AC and Kim and his family were fantastic hosts, we enjoyed a lovely bbq cooked by Kim and they looked after us with organising a boat trim and our VIP cabin bus to our next destination. Highly recommend staying at Kim’s. Say hello to Beer for us as well Kim :).

Das Zimmer war in der dritten Etage mit einzigem Bad im Erdgeschoss. Nur eine Toilette und Dusche, was bei einem 6 Bett Zimmer definitiv zu wenig war. Komische Geräusche in der Nacht und seltsamer Geruch.

Super kind. Helped us book our transportation to Cat Ba and was always asking if we needed anything. Host definitely went above and beyond to help us out.

A great place near the city center. Kim and his family is very flexible with check-in and really helpful (and patient with us) with planning of an overnight cruise. Quick to reply on WhatsApp. Would recommend!

Had an amazing stay here especially because of the owner Kim! He helped us with everything: tickets for the boat cruise and the tickets for our journey to Sapa. Everything was taken care of and we would definitely recommend staying here. Rooms are also very spacious and clean.

Sea & Mountain by Kim is a wonderful place to stay in Ha Long. The room was very clean, fully equipped, and each has a balcony with a stunning view. The homestay also offers Ha Long Bay tours at reasonable prices, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for comfort and value!

Perfect Stay with Amazing View & Hosts Amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, with a balcony offering stunning sea and mountain views. Facilities are great – pool table, table tennis, and a rooftop to enjoy beer, music, and the view. Kim and Emma are super friendly, they helped me organize tours and also arranged transport everywhere at good prices. A perfect place to relax and explore Ha Long – highly recommend!
