Posto squallido, sporcizia da per tutto, abbiamo trovato carne e patate a terra sull’ascensore, bambini che correvano scalzi senza calze per i corridoi, stanza con letti a castello e materassi bucati oltre ad essere sporchi, porte che non si chiudevano bene, cmq esperienza bruttissima noi siamo andati via senza neanche chiedere il rimborso, anche perché il personale non aspirava fiducia. Non lo consiglio specialmente alle famiglie, i miei figli hanno vissuto 15 minuti da film horror.
Too much money for the services provided
The hostel facilities are very good, very clean, and in an excellent location. I used to go to Berlin a lot, so I stayed here many times. However, during my last stay in early September, another guest stole my iPhone. I reported the situation to reception, and sadly, no one helped me. I understand that it is not a direct problem of the hostel, but they refused to let me speak to the manager. A receptionist didn't care at all. Would not recommend. I walked into my room and there were two older people cooking Chinese food and had things spread out everywhere. It smelled disgusting and the smell lingered into the next day. I ended up leaving for a new hostel the next day. Also the bathrooms were not very clean and one of the showers was not drained, so it had foggy, white water just sitting in it. Not social at all. Saw a few families coming in and out. This place leans more towards a hotel vibe with a hostel layout
Die mit Abstand schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich je in einem Hotel gemacht habe! Nach einer 15-stündigen Anreise, völlig erschöpft, kam ich hier an und habe zumindest ein wenig Verständnis und Entgegenkommen erwartet. Stattdessen wurde ich mit Gleichgültigkeit und Unhöflichkeit behandelt. Neither hostel nor hotel this place is really not cozy. And does not have any cool hostel vibes either. My room oversaw the back yard, which was filled with cartons and baskets carrying random items from the kitchen, scattered with no system. Plastic bags filled with some kitchen waste were piled on naked ground (rats hurray!). Two of the metal basket things (2m tall) were right in front of the (emergency) exit by my room. There was a smell of old frying oil. I still paid 250 € for 2 nights.
If you stay in one of the back rooms of this hotel, such as Room 104, you will not have Wi-Fi access in your room. I asked the staff to change my room, but they refused, saying, “All rooms are the same.” I tested this over four days to see if it was really true, and found that the signal is indeed stronger near the elevator. würde ich dieses Hostel nie empfehlen. Sehr schmutziges Toiletten besonders die, die auf dem 2 Stock die nach Zimmer 217-130 befinden! Die wurde NIE geputzt! Zimmer 230 wurde auch nur einmal in ganze Woche geputzt! Auf dem Website steht das Handtuch „zum ausleihen“ aber man bekommt sein Geld nicht zurück! Bei den anderen Hostels war anders! Betti aufpassen, quasi billiger Hostel aber ganz schlecht! Frühstück ist auch nichts besonderes aber kostet 8,50€!
I wouldn't recommend this hostel. Very dirty toilets especially the one on the 2nd floor that is located towards Room 217-130! It was NEVER cleaned! Room 230 was also only cleaned once in a whole week! On the website it says the Towel to lend but you don't get your money back! At the other hostels it was different! Betti be careful, almost cheaper hostel but very bad! Breakfast is also nothing special but costs €8.50!
Why didn't the receptionist tell me about breakfast 🍳? And despite being alone in the room you still can't get proper rest because some people decided it's a good idea to slam doors and be loud in the alleys at 2 in the morning

Good hostel! Quite cheap and the room were good compared to other hostels I’ve seen in Berlin, sheets and towels are provided but you have to make your own bed. Staff was really nice and friendly. Bathroom were ok. Overall I would really recommend
When it comes to hostels its all about the bed and bathroom. My room had very rickety metal bunk beds, so every time someone gets on the top bunk the whole thing shakes wildly and creaks super loud. (Other hostels have stable bunk beds with no sound or movement.) The bathroom had no ledge to put my toothbrush besides the narrow edge of the small sink. The shower also has no ledge for your stuff. The rest was fine (it’s cheap and i love moabit), but shaking, creaking beds and tiny inconvenien...

I woke up with insect bites 2 of the 3 nights i stayed (99% likely bed bugs- not a heavy infestation) Was not even offered a refund and had to pay 30 euros washing and drying all my clothes on hot to be sure i didnt take anything with me. The hostel was freezing at night and the heater didnt work well. Under the bed was extremely dirty and there was dried snot and chewed gum on the bed frame. The staff was friendly though
Cercana a estación de Tram Turmstraße. Las habitaciones para dos con camarote son cómodas, sin embargo los colchones delgados. Tiene buena iluminación. El baño compartido tenía la ducha en mal estado. El baño tenía olor a cañeria tapada

Habitación muy limpia, tiene lo básico y necesario. Está cerca de lugares para comer y hay un tranvía cerca que te lleva a la estación central.

За свои деньги отличный вариант. Предоставляют постельное белье. Полотенца не дают, есть возможность взять за отдельную плату. В номере был умывальник и двухъярусные кровати. Санузел и душевая общая, очередей не было, всегда было свободно и чисто. Лифт с первого этажа рабо�...

Super accueil du personnel, très sympa. Chambre et communs très propre et confortable. La literie est correct on s'attend pas a plus par rapport au prix. Petit bémol, ma salle de bain, la douche un peu vieille ce qui fait que les écriture de température étaient effacées donc impossible de régler correctement la douche mais bon c'est un détail. Je recommande vivement, quartier top, avec pleins d'endroits où manger, très bon rapport qualité prix, un peu excentré mais pas si mal au fin...
Super welcome of the staff, very friendly. room and common very clean and comfortable. the bedding is correct we expect no more in comparison to the price. small bémol, my bathroom, the shower a bit old which made the temperature writing was erased so impossible to set the shower correctly but good it's a detail. i highly recommend, top quarter, with plenty of places to eat, very good quality-price ratio, a little eccentric but not so bad in the end. foncez
All compliments to everyone here… we were visiting a couple months ago and we were very satisfied with everything. Three young boys were very kind, hostel bar is good and service is on top. Hopefully we will visit again soon😊

Selten so wohl gefühlt. I had such a clean and pretty room. I felt like in a hotel, just for a better price. Everyone from the stuff I had contact with was so kind and flexible with my wishes and super professionell. It was unexpected quiet at night. Very very comfortable! I'd come back anytime. Totally can recommend that hostel!

Die Service und Lage des Hostels sind gut. Durchlüftung und Offenhaltung der Badezimmertür würden helfen, das Problem mit Schimmel zu vermeiden.
Eines Tages bestellte ich in diesem Hotel 2 Nächte: vom Montag bis zum Mittwoch. Später fügte ich noch eine Übernachtung hinzu: vom Sonntag bis zum Montag. Als ich am Sonntag kam, bat ich diese 2 Buchungen zu vereinen, damit ich bequem vom Sonntag bis zum Mittwoch einen Aufenthalt genieße. Mir wurde der Schlüssel gegeben und ich begab mich ins Zimmer. Am Montag verließ ich das Zimmer und kehrte abends zurück. Mein Bett wurde schon aufgeräumt und mein Rucksack war verschwunden. Ich wende...
Sehr sehr schönes hotell für wenig Geld erwahrtungen übertroffen ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder
