Dass nachts der Mitarbeiter zudem nachts ohne klopfen ins Frauengemach eintritt, um die Klimaanlage auszuschalten, geht gar nicht! Nichts war vollständig (Bettzeug, Bezüge) und das reklamierte dreckige Laken als sauber zurück zu weisen ist mies, weil ja nur Schuhabdrücke drauf wären. Kühlmöglichkeit fehlt. Keine 408USD, sondern zu den Buchungsgebühren an Sie 1600 NIS berechnet, auslaufendes WC,...

DO NOT GO THERE. It was the worst experience after one year of travel. When I arrived at the hostel, the owner refused to give me WiFi while I wanted to check my reservation. The rooms were inhospitable with no proper mattress (more of a wooden plank), spotted bedsheet, no upper sheet, no AC, no locker, no key for the dormitory either. We went in front of the bathroom and a bad smell came out, with the floor being very dirty. As two females, we felt very vulnerable in this hostel, no security!

The place was good. A bit expensive for what it is though... We were in much better hostels in other areas of Palestine for a much better price. The man working there (an old man that has a cracked voice because of a problem on his throat) was SO impolite and rude though, we were shocked. He didn't even let us leave our bags after we checked out for a few hours while we visited the city before leaving with the bus...he asked money for it and mocked us for wanting to leave the bags there.

Serious smell of moldy, no curtain in female dorm window ,people/staff passing by and can see in the room,so no privacy nor safety. Tiny Bathroom not clean. shower cable hung behind the door. I locked the door room though the manager didn't want me to. didnt feel safe as the main door of building is always open and anyone can just walk in, though they say they have cameras. They say the real dorm under renovation but meanwhile the one they offer is really cr*p.

If you the apocalypse is the vibe you are looking for then look no further. Thanhandle broke off of the only shower on the 2nd floor, there are tiles missing from the floor in the hallway, furniture is scattered as though someone was barricading the doors. The first night I found bed bugs in my bed. The staff were informed and they did nothing. Well... They did something but not about the bed bugs. Only one stove working in the kitchen, the fridge is not. And I’m pretty sure there was bed bugs in my dorm.

I loved staying in Palm Hostel, BUT, there was no reservation. They didn’t know about my reservation. It was really terrible. I had lucky because had possibility to do Check in.

Great location, I learned to read the reviews before making my reservation. The facilities are not good, there is no personnel whatsoever (except fir the owner). The only separation between you and the mattress is a thin sheet, which gives a very “non-clean” experience. Towel, shampoo, soap, etc. not provided. No lockers available.

It was really nice for the price that it was but I didn't had acces to the kitchen because it wasn't ready and the bed making a lot of notice in the bed room so I think it better to take a private room it not much expensive. The people was really fun it was great all the transport are close and shop also and really Chip. You have everything you need from max 5 minutes of walking. For the price it was I think it really nice but need some renovation. God bless Jerusalem

The room door can't be closed without locking it, and the toilet is a bit far, but the hotel's location is excellent. And the cheapest price!

Very nice people, amazing location, actually one of the best place to be within Jerusalem, especially as a tourist, For that price (the best on the market for such an expensive city) we can't ask for more ! The staff was nice and helpful !

I really enjoyed my stay. The facilities are quite worn and one of the mattresses I slept on was too thin to support my 200 pound body fully. But they would have solved that if I had asked. The three proprietors were lovely and helped me out by printing a few pages I needed. The guy from America comes across as a little gruff, but he was very helpful and nice. The location and price can’t be beat so if you’re looking for a no-frills budget place, I would totally recommend it.
