Okay so to begin with, they overbooked my room and gave it to another guest. I picked that place for 2 main reasons, it was a bit further away from the main beach and was therefore quieter. Also for the fact it had a pool and looked cozy. They then rebooked me into Rupert Atienza. That was next to a huge local market which led to roaches in the room. There were issues with uncovered dangerous sockets, mould. No veg option for b/fast was annoying too. Staff did their best.
