I think the facilities needs major work. The bathrooms are disgusting.

Nice Staff. Weird location. ZERO security (the front door was OPEN at all times, no lock or code). Someone came into my room and stayed the night (came in at like 1a) when I was supposed to be the only person in the room....very sketchy.

Comfortable in Ceiba town: Secure building, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. Short drive to Ceiba ferry terminal. Restaurants, grocery store, and bank down the block. But bring earplugs in case of street traffic. Host Ali is very helpful and friendly.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They frequently took the initiative in offering food and drinks when I was more reserved. My only criticism of the facility was the noisy and unnecessary AC unit in the mens' dorm which interrupted my sleep as it recycled on and off all night.

It was a perfect place to stay after returning fron Vieques Island. The host was very helpful and knowledgeable with activities all over the island. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. I would definitely recommend them and stay again if I return to the area.

The people running this hostel are so kind. I didn’t know how to get to the beach so one of the staffs walked me down to the wonderful beach. The last day of my stay, the owner of the property let me hire him to uber me to the dock to catch ferry.

El mejor alojamiento para coger el ferry a Vieques o Culebra. Los dueños son súper simpáticos y el espacio es muy acogedor, sobre todo la terraza exterior. La habitación muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado, y todo muy bien equipado. Lo recomiendo 100% :)

Amazing stay at this little hostel in Ceiba between trips to Vieques and Culebra. Fast internet and wifi, very comfy beds, super clean, and the host is the best. We will stay again next time in the area :)

I was a little worried at first, since I came as a female solo traveler. But the hostel was great!! It had everything I needed, I felt comfortable and safe. The price was incredible!! I would definitely stay there again! Especially if you plan on taking a ferry the location is perfect.

L’endroit, les chambres, la pièce à vivre, le balcon…. Tout est extrêmement beau et convivial ! Si peu cher pour ce qu’Ali propose !!

INCROYABLE, l’endroit est propre, on a pu cuisinier mais c’est surtout Ali pour qui vous devez venir à l’hostel il est incroyable trop gentil. Bref je recommande

My stay at Junzi has been one of the best while traveling around PR! The owner is incredibly kind and flexible (I had to drop off my luggage quickly early in the morning), and deserves a special shot out for being in the process of completely renovating the place on his own! Everything is consequently new and clean ✨ Being a low-budget vegan solo traveller, I particularly appreciated the fact that the hostel has a fully equipped kitchen, so I could prepare my meals.

It's clean, it's in a good location, and it's a bargain. Ali was helpful. There is no staff for check-in, that's why my rating is what I chose.

4th time here. Not 5 star, but very close. Cleanliness and staff are excellent.

Il y a TOUT ce qu'il faut dans ce logement, c'est parfait lorsque l'on fait une escale à Ceiba pour prendre le Ferry. L'hôte est très accueillant et nous a très bien renseigné sur plein de choses. Merci beaucoup !

Wonderful Stay — Affordable, Clean, and Super Thoughtful Hospitality! My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hostel in Ceiba. Ali is incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating — he even drove us to the San Juan airport early in the morning for a price which is much lower an Uber! The room was cute, clean, and very affordable. What really stood out were all the thoughtful, creative touches: bananas hung in the room, plus free candy, snacks, honey, coffee & creamer.

The hostel overall is great, and is a perfect launching point for Celubra and Vieques islands, but the real star of the show is Ali! Incredibly helpful, and giving, Ali made us feel at home!
