- Posto umido e puzzolente. Le lenzuola sono bagnate. Sporco e pieno di insetti. Dopo una notte di pioggia la stanza si è allagata perché gli infissi delle finestre non sono isolanti. Probabilmente il prggior posto dove abbia mai soggiornato.

- Vietnamese guy in the reception was threatening us! He said he’d call the cops if we canceled the tour and he was very aggressive, unwelcoming, had weird energy, and he seems to be unstable as well! The rooms were so humid and my backpack even got wet! The guy in the reception just ruined the whole experience for us. I’ve been traveling for 7 years and I haven’t met anyone as aggressive/unfriendly as this guy. There are a couple of Australian guys volunteering in the hostel who’re so helpful and amazing to be honest and they’d always help us especially Tom. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t recommend staying in this place because this guy will just ruin your experience and we’ve heard that this is not the first time he’s aggressive with tourists or customers. Don’t stay here.
One guy in my room was clearly an alcoholic and the whole room would reek of alcohol and sweat. There was always a big vodka bottle next to his bed. When I asked the receptionist she said they already knew about him being an alcoholic. Apparently they had already talked to him three times. When I asked her why they won’t do anything about it she just shrugged it off. So they knowingly put a 19 year old girl into the room with an alcoholic . Absolutely irresponsible!
I had read before booking that there was a lot of humidity but because reviews were from a year ago I took the chance and man!! In fact there was a lot of humidity, mold in the walls of the dorm, the bed was completely wet and all stuff got wet The blankets were of some wierd material, and not enough thick for the humid and cold weather. Only 1 bathroom for 6 people in the room, which wasn't a problem but it was so dirty.

I can't understand why the hostel got all the good reviews. It is quite run down, rooms are dark and the worst is I got bedbugs from room 101. There was loud and in my opinion horrible music every night until 12pm. S**** when you want an early night's rest because you get up early every morning. That to be said when I told them about the bedbug problem I got a discount and they genuinely cared. I hope they really do something about it. Also a plus: the breakfast was good.

The rooms were good with big lockers, aircon and fans for each bed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms fairly clean. Friendly staff and the free breakfast in the mornings was amazing, with multiple dishes to choose from and coffee and fresh juice. The only thing I didn’t like was that no one in the room ever locked the door to the room so anyone could come in and out. There was a random dude using the shower in our room one evening when there were four of us waiting to use the shower.

+ L'hostel est très propre et calme. Super rapport qualité/prix. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien et le restaurant de l'hostel est très bon pour des prix raisonnables. J'ai booké la journée bateau avec eux c'était super et encore une fois à un prix raisonnable ! Très bon emplacement.

+ I had a fantastic stay at Luna’s House! The host is incredibly sweet, helpful, and genuinely friendly,she makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The room was very comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the area. A major highlight was the food; the meals at their restaurant are absolutely wonderful and delicious! I also booked a one-day boat tour directly through the accommodation and it was excellent and very well-organized. I highly recommend staying here for the great hospitality, the amazing food, and the perfect tours.
