The rooms were really spacious and comfortable Unlike some hostels that can feel crowded and stressful, there was actually enough space to move around, keep your luggage, and just relax comfortably. Everything felt calm and well organized. And honestly, considering the price and the quality of the service, this place was absolutely worth it.

Honestly, one thing that really stood out to me was how clean and fresh everything always was 🌸 The rooms and bathrooms constantly smelled nice and everything was super organized all the time. It made the whole stay feel really comfortable and relaxing, especially because not every hostel pays attention to those little details. You could really tell they cared about keeping the place nice for everyone.

What I loved most about this place was the warm and welcoming atmosphere ❤️ It really didn’t feel like just staying in a hostel, it felt more like being around people you’ve known forever. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole stay. Honestly, it’s one of those places that makes you feel at home.

Honestly, I was a little scared to book because of some negative reviews I read 😅 But the price was very good and breakfast was included, so I decided to try it . The surprise was that the place was much better than expected. The hostel was very clean, smelled really nice, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and clean too. I honestly had no problems at all especially as a girl traveling alone . the experience was very good. The atmosphere felt warm

Absolutely loved this hostel! Everything was super clean and smelled fresh all the time. The rooms are very spacious with enough space for luggage and movement. The location is perfect — close to the metro, train station, buses, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. Staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the best hostel experiences in Naples!

Great value for money! The hostel is much bigger than expected and very well organized. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly and the common areas were comfortable and relaxing. I really liked the atmosphere and the location was amazing — easy access to all transport lines and many good restaurants nearby. Felt safe and comfortable during the whole stay.

Excellent hostel in Napoli! Very clean, spacious, and well located. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen area was useful, and everything was close by — metro, train station, bus stops, shops, and tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hostel had a nice fresh smell everywhere. I would definitely stay here again!

Sehr familiäres Umfeld in einer super Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, würden herzlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit Fragen zu allem möglichen stellen. Vom Hotels aus ist zu Fuß alles nötige zu erreichen, ob Altstadt, Studentenbarviertel oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Inhaber waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Empfehlung.

No locker for big bags! Card payment not possible. Mixed bathroom and showers without any privacy. Not always someone at the reception. Overall a little dirtt, but nice staff and good location. Kitchen a plus.

We got there and were put in an 11 bed female dorm instead of a 6 bed female dorm like we payed for as they overbooked themselves for females. We had no notice that that would be the case, if we did we would’ve chosen another hostel for cheaper. They didn’t compensate us at all either when we expressed our concerns. The bathrooms were also questionable. None of the stall have locks or the showers. Since you can’t flush the toilet paper the bathrooms smelt so bad and there were no air fresh...

Extremely friendly staff and nice location. Cute balconies overlooking a busy street. The mattresses/beds are quite comfy but the facilities (esp. bathroom/toilets) that everyone shares are a little run down/small.

localidade bem perto do centro histórico e dos principais pontos turísticos, vários restaurantes bons por perto. hostel bem limpo, assim como nos quartos, equipe extremamente gentil e prestativa. único ponto negativo é que o quarto em que fiquei tinha janela pra uma avenida muito movimentada, então tinha barulho de carro a noite toda.

I would like to give a special shout out to Sarah, Ibrahim, and Lena! My bus from Rome to Naples was delayed by five hours, and I arrived after midnight. I did not get into contact with them beforehand, but Ibrahim opened the door for me and checked me in despite after the checkout being closed. Ibrahim was pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Likewise, Sarah and Lena have both been delightful. They were extremely hospitable. Sarah knew everyone's names and they were both optimistic and help

The staff here made the stay worth it! The wifi was a little shoddy, the location is a ways away from the sight seeing, and the breakfast options could be improved. I loved the staff though, so kind, personal, and genuine. They just wanted to help me with whatever I needed. Overall enjoyed my stay!

Throughout my travels in different parts of the world, this is one of the most pleasant hostels I’ve stayed so far. It’s run in a very efficient and caring way. Absolutely not the average hostel, it’s very clean, extremely spacious and located in a perfect area in historic Napoli and in walking distance from important historic sites. The hostel is pretty new ( brand new beds!!!) and although it still needs a few improvements, they are very open with suggestions and feedback.

Basically clean and convenient with easy check-in. Located within walking distance of Metro line and Museum of Archeology. CASH only for payment. Things to know - be sure to get instructions in advance on how to find location otherwise you can't get in and don't know which floor/room to find them. There are no towels to wipe hands, restroom facilities mixed with little privacy. No entertainment (books, TV, games) on site and no breakfast. You can hear street noise and they may wander in.
