Hanoi Jade Hostel

+ 2 eme fois que je viens car tout est super ! ... Emplacement, gentillesse du personel, equipements divers, chambres silencieuses et jolie, petit dejeuner sympas ! et le prix !... Le petit plus c'est Chloé elle est extraordinaire, elle s'occupe de vous pour tout vos besoins, excursions et autres, toujours présente et très compétente 👍

+ The hotel is cozy, great location, not to packed, and reaonably priced! There are lots of very good resturants nearby, and its location makes it ideal if you want to walk around and explore its part of the city. Very happy with the service. Even before i arrived they helped me re-bpok my stay due to changed flightplans. Everybody was very polite and helpfull, especially Chloe was very friendly. When i was booking a cruise, she made sure i found one i liked and at a good price. Kitchen staff was also very friendly, and the food was delicious. I would strongly recomend the hotel, and for you to join the "Chloe fan club" when visiting Hanoi!

+ Nettes Hotel mit einladender Einrichtung. Die Lage mittendrin im Altstadt Geschehen. Das Personal (Chloe) hat uns gut betreut und war stets bemüht, uns zu helfen, Lösungen zu finden. Sie war super aufmerksam und stets freundlich! Danke

- Wer mittendrin sein möchte, darf nicht lärmempfindlich sein! Besser ein Zimmer zur Rückseite nehmen oder wenn der Balkon gewünscht ist, vor Ort abchecken. Die Matratzen Topper könnten besser fixiert sein.

+ Die Location ist angenehm, Wann ist in der Altstadt aber am nördlichen Ende und somit etwas weiter weg vom Trubel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

- In der Zimmer Beschreibung stand, dass das Zimmer weit über 20 m² hat. Im Endeeffekt war das Zimmer sehr klein, maximal 10 m² für das Schlafzimmer und 3 m² für das Badezimmer. Alle Fotos, die vom Hotel hochgeladen wurden, sind Renderings oder mit K.I. verändert. Das Hotel ist ab gewohnt.

+ The rooms were clean and super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chloe recommended and helped us book a 2 day Ninh Binh tour and even secured us a discount. Breakfast was also great with lots of options and things to try. This was a great place for my mom to unwind and relax after long travels.

- We had some issues with hot water but staff came immediately to help us with the issue.

+ Het hotel is op loopafstand van the old square en in een leuke buurt. Het hotel is netjes en kamers schoon. In de kamer wel wat geluid van de straat, maar dat is logisch omdat het hotel midden in het centrum staat. Het ontbijt is goed, met veel vers fruit en vers gebakken eitjes. Dank aan Huy, Duc, Chloe voor de goede service!

+ We enjoyed our first stay so much we decided to book here again! As before, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were able to exchange money and were upgraded to a nicer room. They also had no problem holding our luggage for a bit and allowing us to mail something there to pick up after checkout. Rooms were very clean and breakfast felt like a good variety even during our second stay. The beds were comfortable and the room felt spacious, especially with the natural light from the windows.

- The shower didn't drain quickly enough and tended to pool, but we learned that renovations in the Old Quarter require a special government license and are difficult to get. Overall everything was fantastic!

+ Zajtrk je bil dober, ponujal je tako vietnamsko kakor tudi evropsko hrano. Lokacija je bila vrhunska, saj je v središču starega dela Hanoia. Na deževen dan so nama posodili dežnik.

+ The position

- I ve got a room with no window, to was a bit claustrophobic, I wouldn’t call it a 4 stars hotel, maybe 2

+ Great location (at the edge of Old Town, but nice and quiet at night) and the staff are really nice and accommodating :) The first night there was no hot water, but they fixed it immediately. I booked a shuttle from the airport, a bus to Ninh Binh and a cooking class through the front desk and they were all perfect experiences. This is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi.

- I would advise coming to breakfast early, because when i came in the last half an hour the food was cold (they do offer a few dishes on demand though).

+ El personal és súper amable i t’ajuden en tot. L’habitació era petita però tenía de tot. Van canviar tovalloles a diari excepte l’alfombra dels peus. Tenies raspall de dents, aire condiciona… et deixaven cada dia aigua embotellada. L’ esmorzar estava molt bé amb fruita variada i menjar calent. Si demanaves algo mès com una truita o ou ferrat/dur, també te’l feien. El canvi d’€ a dong, el feien molt correcte

- En general molt bé, dels 7 dies no van canviar cap dia l’alfombra dels peus a la dutxa. El preu, comparat amb altres hotels in Hanoi, era més elevat
