+ No me gustó nada, ni el trato de la recepción, la habitación que pensaban darme no era para nada lo que había contratado, era oscura y bastante vieja y sucia, y el recepcionista nos avisó que teníamos pegada a la habitación un nightclub y era muy ruidoso, así que tomamos la decisión de cancelar la reserva.
- Tuvimos que cancelar y buscarnos la vida para conseguir otro hotel, todo esto después de un viaje de 16 horas. Menos mal que conseguimos uno mucho más económico y mucho mejor.

- The loud music going on all night it was that loud I could feel the vibration through the room. I missed my trip to ha long bay because I slept in . I was booked there for 2 nights but cancelled the second night. The staff a great and re embursed my money.

- ❗Strongly NOT recommended – extremely poor stay experience❗ The hotel is located right next to a nightclub, and the heavy bass noise continued until 5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. After reporting this issue to the front desk, no meaningful assistance was provided — they did not offer to change rooms or help contact the police, only repeatedly saying there was nothing they could do. In the end, we had to go out late at night to buy earplugs just to get some sleep. In addition, there is a serious hot water problem. The hot water runs out after one person showers, leaving the second person with cold water. I almost caught a cold because of this. This is a basic facility issue that should never happen. Overall, the high ratings on Booking.com are very misleading and do not reflect reality at all. If you value sleep quality and basic comfort, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. ❗非常不推薦，嚴重影響睡眠與住宿品質 飯店隔壁就是夜店，重低音一路吵到早上五點，完全無法入睡。向飯店反應後，櫃檯沒有任何實質作為，不但沒有協助換房間，也沒有幫忙聯絡相關單位處理，只不斷表示「他們也沒辦法」。最後只能半夜緊急外出買耳塞，才勉強睡著，住宿體驗非常糟糕。 此外，熱水供應也有嚴重問題，兩個人洗澡熱水就會用完，洗到一半變冷水，差點因此感冒，這樣的基本設施實在無法接受。 整體來說，Booking 上的高評分與實際狀況落差極大，如果你重視睡眠品質與基本住宿舒適度，強烈建議避開這間飯店。 1.在夜店旁邊每天吵到早上五點，緊急外出買耳塞才勉強能睡，跟櫃台反應也沒有任何作為，只有雙手一攤說他們也沒辦法 2.電熱水器第二個人洗到一半就沒熱水了 3.booking評論分數騙人的，去看看google地圖上的評論 4.吹風機也很弱而且還壞了
- There was very loud noise until 3:00 a.m. The earplugs were ineffective as the noise caused vibrations that made it very difficult to sleep.

great place to stay after getting off the ha giang loop! easy 24 hour check in, has luggage storage
Stayed for one night after i did the ha giang loop and did the job. Bed was rock hard and had difficulty sleeping. After i checked out i had to wait until 5pm. I was bothered by staff a couple times when i was trying to sleep waiting for my bus. Also wasnt allowed to fill up my water after 9:30am which i thought was odd as i was a paying guest.
Can’t complain! Stayed there before and after the ha giang loop and was up to great standards. We had an issue with 3 people trying to sleep in one bed and making loads of noise but the staff dealt with them straight away
Très propre et moderne! La toilette est séparé de l’évier et séparé de la douche c’est bien! Le lit était confortable et quand même grand avec un rideau. Le personnel est sympa et le resto a l’air bien
Very clean and modern! the toilet is separate from the sink and separate from the shower it's fine! the bed was comfortable and still large with a curtain. the staff is friendly and the rest looks good
