The Clock Tower Chiangrai Hostel

Hostel propre. Néanmoins, les chambres sont sans fenêtres ni miroir et une odeur désagréable règne dans l'établissement. Les murs sont très fins également... Ce qui occasionne des désagréments.

I lay awake on a thin piece of foam which identified as a bed, listening to the sound of unwanted insects coming in from a window tied shut with a piece of rope. I note note specs of blood on the bedsheet; but I am thankful for airflow provided by a once pedestal fan crudely attached to the crumbling concrete slab above me. The next day I showered, keeping the lights off of course to prevent electrocution. Breakfast was minimal and a great opportunity to practice intermittent fasting.

good value for price, good for a night or two. staff was really nice and breakfast is cook for yourself with lots of options! near the night market and bus station

Het is een prima hostel, maar lijkt nog niet helemaal af. Wij waren er met oud en nieuw waardoor het misschien anders was. We hadden een private room, die miste een haakje of stang waar we onze kleding kwijtkonden, waardoor de kamer snel rommelig werd. De badkamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt (veel haren, vieze counters). Het inbegrepen ontbijt was super. Ik miste zelf een water dispenser. Nu was alles via flessen. Het is een beetje bizarre mix tussen de nieuwe inrichting en oude overblijfselen

El hostal no está mal. Me tocó una cuarto compartido que parecía una recámara y fue muy bueno. Los colchones están forrados de plástico y es muy incómodo ya que te resbalas y sudas fácilmente. El desayuno están bueno, te colocan un guisado e incluí puedes preparar tus huevos al gusto. Pareciera un hostal nuevo pero muy improvisado.

This hostel deserves a higher rating. The manager at the front was immediately welcoming once I came in. He helped with bags and was super helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was also great and helped when I was in a rush. Great experience and i’d stay there again. The location was also ideal!

Amazing value for money. The dorms are lovely and almost feels like a hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

The scent is clean and refreshing Everything is okay The breakfast includes unlimited eggs, bananas, oranges, coffee, and bread—great value for the price The owner and the staff are hardworking I think this is another option if you want to visit Chiang Rai.

L'ostello si trova in un'ottima posizione, è molto pulito e il personale è molto gentile. La cosa che più ho apprezzato è stata la colazione: mette a disposizione diverse cose e ci si può cucinare tutto quello che si vuole, avendo una scelta sia dolce che salata. Il materasso andrebbe cambiato: è un pochino duro e anche da migliorare la pulizia dei bagni (che sono comuni maschi e femmine). Inoltre manca anche qualche attività per socializzare con gli altri ragazzi. Però un buon ostello!

i had the room with the separate beds, i loved it so much, it felt like a hotel room! it's really clean too, even got wireless chargers on the night table! the common area was very comfortable and pretty quiet, i liked that :)

Had a great stay for 2 nights. Great location - next to clock tower, and minutes from bus station, and night market. Clean and new (opened just a month back), with friendly staff who are eager to help. Breakfast is very good - make your own eggs and toast, plus a local Thai dish (noodles/rice with soup) made for you, and snacks and coffee/tea available all day. Improvements needed:- 1. Breakfast should start earlier like 7am. 8:30am is too late especially if you want to escape the heat and cr...

We hadden een aangenaam verblijf in deze goedgelegen hostel. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De bedden waren comfortabel. Enige minpunt: door de positionering van de bedden is het voor sommige mensen heel koud en voor andere mensen veel te warm.
