I came here on a business trip to attend an exhibition and chose this place by chance. How lucky I was! The villa is new and huge. I slept comfortably. Special thanks to the administrators who welcomed me and told me everything. There is a swimming pool and a gym. I am delighted. It's rare to find such service and nice people in Dubai. I couldn't help but leave a review ❤️

This place surprised me, I really liked it and will definitely come back. It is a large villa in the best part of Marina with access to the promenade. I love this area and finding such luxurious conditions here is a stroke of luck. Clean, beautiful, service above and beyond even that of hotels. Thank you and highly recommended.

It is indeed premium version of a hostel! The capsules are big and comfortable, workspace is suitable for IT work, spacious veranda and multifunctional kitchen! Thanks to Marat for the hospitality and help in every stage of my stay there
