Overall I liked my stay at Mahika guest house! The couple that owns the hostel is really nice and helpful and always makes sure that we are taken care of. The beds are comfortable and it even comes with a “welcome kit” that includes little toiletries which I loved. The housekeeper is really nice too and always has a smile on her face. I recommend :)
Mahika guest house is really such a great place to stay at!!! It’s quite new which means that it’s really modern and the rooms and bathrooms are really clean, which we appreciated a lot. Also, I have never met staff as friendly as they were !!! We really loved the atmosphere and would always come back. I can only recommend the hostel !!
Ich habe nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, mich aber sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal ist super nett, man hat viel Platz im Schlafsaal und durch die kastigen Betten mit Vorhängen viel Privatsphäre. Toiletten und Duschen sind direkt vom Zimmer aus zugänglich. Es war sehr sauber, wir haben ein Handtuch und Zahnbürste etc. bekommen und es gab eine wärmere Decke. Ich habe das Hostel nur nicht als sehr soziales Hostel erlebt, habe aber auch kaum Zeit dort verbracht…
I only spent one night there, but I felt very good! The staff is super neat, you have plenty of room in the bedroom and through the boxed beds with curtains a lot of privacy. Toilets and showers are directly accessible from the room. It was very clean, we got a towel and toothbrush etc. and there was a warmer ceiling. I not only experienced the hostel as a very social hostel, but also hardly spent time there...
Une des meilleures auberges que j’ai faite ! La chambre est propre, le lit est confortable et tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi :) Le personnel est super agréable et arrangeant, je recommande !

Highly recommend staying at this spacious, new hostel! Facilities are wonderful, loads of space for socializing, walkable to town and the best group of hosts! Such a gem!!!
Lovely staff! The room and bathroom is great as well. Stayed here twice and would do it again if I come back to Siquijor.
Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt hier! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal – alle waren unglaublich freundlich und haben bei jeder Frage direkt geholfen. Das Hostel ist zudem sehr gepflegt und die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist top. Absolut empfehlenswert!"
I had a great stay here! especially to highlight is the staff everyone was incredibly friendly and helped directly with any questions. the hostel is also very well maintained and the cleanliness in the rooms is top. absolutely recommended!"
