Paracas Backpackers House

The owners were really nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hostel was quiet during night. The location is right in the town center and therefore all the tour starts are nearby. Some showers were clogged and the bathrooms could have been cleaner over all. We slept in a 6 bed doorm that was clean.

One shower have shower head on it. Beds were open structure for mixed accommodation, but cheap for value! Quiet hostel atmosphere, friendly staff, definitely small surf town vibes. Garbages in toilets overflowing and trash in showers, but that’s on the uncleanliness/no respect of guests. They rent scooters, cheaper than any tour company - best deal for the national park. Also direct bus from Paracas to Huacachina is available, direct and priced fair verse more expensive public transport!

Es gibt alles was rs braucht im Zimmer. Ich hatte eines mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Glücklicherweise waren wir grad nur zwei Frauen da im obersten Stock, und alles war sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar, mit Ausblick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Und was natürlich besonders toll ist, ist die Küche die man benutzen kann. Paracas ist sehr teuer, und da lohnt sich das, wenn man eiin schmaleres Budget hat.

needs updating very dirty some of the showers didn't have a shower head and some of the toilets had no lock. Out of 95 hostels I've stayed in this was the 2nd or 3rd worst

Ein etwas eigenartiges Hostel! Als wir ankamen, war einfach niemand bei der Rezeption und wir mussten lange warten, bis endlich jemand kam. Das Personal war etwas mürrisch. Die Küche war ziemlich gross. Lange würde ich in diesem Hostel nicht bleiben,aber 1 - 2 Nächte sind okay

Ants in our room like a lot of ants. But other than that it was nice.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Mit ganz lieben Menschen, die dort gearbeitet haben. Wir hatten nachts einen medizinischen Notfall und trotz sprachbarriere hat die Besitzerin uns sehr ernst genommen und uns sogar ins Krankenhaus begleitet.

Loved the open atmosphere! they had free water to fill your water bottles with which was greatly appreciated

El hostel es muy bonito y cuidado. Pasamos dos noches y estuvimos muy a gusto, es tranquilo y tiene espacios perfectos para socializar o descansar y un ambiente muy tranquilo y buena onda. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y el personal es encantador, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas, nos ayudaron con cada cosa que necesitamos y ofrecen muy buenos precios para alquiler de motos y excursiones. Sin duda repetiríamos, tanto para pasar una noche como para estancias largas. Gracias!

Badezimmer sind ab Nachmittags leider nicht mehr so sauber.

Very nice location but I don’t think the bathrooms outside our dorms were cleaned the whole 3 days we stayed there. Kitchen worked well and had everything you needed!

Overall fine, just very dirty. Hair in my bed, mirrors covered in grim, things like that. Locations is great & kitchen is usable!

The main issue is that the facilites were dirty. The bathroom drain was clogged and constantly full of sand. Reception was also not very kind compared to other establishments, and not eager to help.

The place is ok, not very clean.

Séjour rapide de 2 nuits dans un dortoir de 4, l’avantage est que les lits sont fixés au mur donc on n’embête personne en bougeant, Cuisine fonctionnelle avec frigo, seul hic: la propreté des douches et toilettes pour les chambre au rez-de-chaussée, vu qu’il y a pas mal de passage et que celles ci sont à côté de la salle commune, ça manque un peu d’intimité !

Good location, not very social but good facilities with kitchen

It's a big place. I liked it though. The 4 bed dorm. Still hot at night with a small window. But overall nice. Kitchen also good, might get busy at night but it's okay. I can recommend the place

The bathrooms were not clean

The hostel was nice but felt a little outdated. I was staying in a 4 bed dorm which only had one plug that wasn't near any of the beds. I was alone in the room so it wasn't an issue, but for a similar price, I've stayed in nicer more modern hostels in Peru. There also wasn't much atmosphere at the hostel, but that could have largely been to not many people staying there in low season. It's more than adequate for a quick night or two visit to Paracas.

Schönes großes Gebäude mit schönem Gemeinschaftsbereich und eine Küche ist vorhanden. WLAN reicht leider nicht sehr weit. Zimmer war einfach, aber gut. Spinde kaputt und Gemeinschaftsbäder wirkten etwas schmutzig und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Man kann ganz einfach und unkompliziert Touren im Hostel buchen
