I won't forget how they cancelled on me saying there's a maintenance going and they tried to reach me but few mins later a fam of 4 came in and they were accommodated. I was in the verge of crying bcs it was also late at night and it happened to be their Independence day so the streets were busy and hostels were booked up. The staff didn't even gave me option and basically just shove me away saying there's nothing else they can do. Found an airbnb thanks to a friend.

Don’t go if you want to “breathe” in the common area after 10pm! You can’t play pool on the terrace after 7pm. Next night when a few people from the hostal went up the terrace to hang, the owner’s son said at 9pm that we needed to leave the terrace in 15 min! Which we agreed to even though that’s super early! 5 min after he left the receptionist passed me the owner on the phone, she ushered us to go downstairs! It's like beer from the US: not great but gets the job done. You will find better deals around banos. Also as you can read in other reviews the owner is a very moody person and wasn't nice or welcoming to us. The tours seem to actually be cheaper if booked via the hostel. Overall I wouldn't come again and I wouldn't recommend but you're not making a massive mistake if you book regardless.

Auberge très proche de la gare et des commerces. Cependant dortoirs étroits et ambiance plutôt triste. Le rooftop est accessible seulement jusqu’à 19h.

Très bon hostal. Un peu bruyant (mais comme toute la ville). Personnel très sympathiques et arrangeant. Sortie canyonning et rafting vraiment peu cher et extra !! 😍

very clean and comfortable. quiet but close to restaurants and the bus station

It was good, I regret only staying one night before switching hostels. Unfortunately they advertise credit card as a form of payment and once you get there they tell you it’s cash only. Staff was a bit rude to me about it. I retrieved cash to pay for my stay and they didnt want to credit my deposit. Claiming the “pay at property” amount was incorrect. Feels like an honest mistake on their end but would be awesome if they were more up to date with Hostelworld policy.

Top Preis Leistung!! Direkt am Busterminal gelegen, Dorm geraeumig mit Ablagen, Haken und Tisch, Matratze gut, decken ausreichend warm. Bad schön. Küche mit allem, was man braucht und freiem Tee, Kaffee, Wasser. Gewuerze, Öl, einfach alles da. Zusaetzlich Radvermietung für sehr wenig Geld und super Qualitaet. Regencapes zum ausleihen ebenso wie Badekappen. Es ist an alles gedacht. Einfach toll!

Quiet, quaint and spotless. If you're looking for a chill vibe and some Quiet time definitely stay here. Very strict on do's and don'ts but that's why it's so laid back. Very good value and fully equipped kitchen

Ostello molto pulito e dall'estetica caratteristica! Ho adorato che ci fossero le cortine nei letti nei dormitori per una maggiore privacy. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione é a 2 Min a piedi dal terminal di Baños, meglio di così!!
