- Avoid this place!!! I've been traveling in srilanka for 1 month different hostels and hotels and no bite. I've stayed in this place just for 1 night and my whole body is full of bed bugs bites... literally my whole body...even my face. Staying here just made my last day of the trip the worst one.
+ Location was alright, ambience of the common area is cute
- The staff created some unnecessary confusion, specially Beena, which led to screw in our plans
+ Bed bugs, sooo noisy.
- No board or sign post to find the locaton. Called the rep, but no answer. Gates were closed. I had to find another place at 9 pm.

- The beds are not comfortable. They have strings and are old, and I saw some bed bugs. I had back pain every morning. The room smelled like paint, and some of my things in the female shower disappeared in just a few hours. The common area is very simple, and what I thought was from the common area was actually from private rooms... Wouldn't recommend this hostel unless you are low budgeting, but don't expect much...
+ Room looks okayish, bathroom was clean and two bathrooms for six people are nice. Looks worse than on the pictures though.
- They have bedbugs!!!! Room smells odd.
- We didn’t stay as they didn’t provide two separate beds eve though I made a reservation after the confirmation from them. Worst experience.

- We dachten dat het dak ‘s nachts instortte, maar al het water kwam uit de airco. Gemeld………… Balkon is zooooo goor. Wat jammer. Kapot, vies, gescheurd. Prijs kwaliteit klopt voor geen meter.

Nice atmosphere, good care and top staff.
It was amazing! Everyone was very very nice and we immediately connected with other travellers. The Room was very clean and we slept really good. No issues with noise or animals :)

+ Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und der Innenhof des Hostels war eine ruhige Oase inmitten der lauten Stadt.
- Die Betten haben keine Vorhänge. Da es ein Hostel ist was viele nutzen wenn sie vom Flughafen kommen oder zum Flughafen fahren, war auch nachts in den Zimmern immer ein Kommen und Gehen.
The food was very delicious, the staff very friendly and the Innenhof des Hostels was a quiet oasis in the middle of the noisy city.The beds have no curtains.Since it is a hostel that many use when coming from or going to the airport, even at night there was always a commute in the rooms.
Drop inn was a lovely hostel the common area is great with helpful staff and lots of good local food options
Drop Inn Colombo is a super hostel! The atmosphere is so welcoming that many guests (including myself) end up extending their stay. The owner, Nadun, and our host, Beenu, make you feel like family. The food was delicious, the entire place is kept very clean, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect home away from home in Colombo!

+ Nice garden too meet people and the bar staff and reception staff where really friendly. Location is a bit far from the city centre so you have to take the tuktuk every time. Between 600-1000 roepi. Not really muts but… I love to walk to and have nice thinks close bye
+ Outside in the hostels it was friendly and cool. The room was okey, and could have more renovation but for the price it is ok.
+ Everything was amazing
Overall, really decent hostel. Decent location, nice to come back and chill out. Would recommend
+ Très bonne ambiance, bon dîner et bon petit déjeuner. Parfait pour une arrivée après un long vol.
- Grand lit de la chambre triple un peu dur mais complètement ok.
