Mala Vecindad Beer Hostel CDMX

Getting there with Uber they were affair to drop me off there. I had to step around the 3 Prostitutes on the street this Building is on. Maybe 1/2 a block from the Prostitutes. This place on the outside is on a dangerous alley. With people of the night looking for trouble. When I got to the door of this purple building there were to guy there drinking beer at the door on the outside and when I went there were two others drinking on the in side lobby. They to charge me $200 an night. I left

Alot of the things promised you don't get. the haidryer for example and the restaurant bar and rooftop was closed during my stay. and it's impossible to get a refund for expecting these things. I'm very disappointed Spanish: Muchas de las cosas que te prometieron no te las dieron. Por ejemplo, el secador de pelo y el bar restaurante y la azotea estaban cerrados durante mi estancia. Y es imposible obtener un reembolso por esperar estas cosas. Estoy muy decepcionado.

El sector es horrible, la calle está llena de personas en situación de calle y prostitutas, estuve 20 minutos en la calle timbrando y golpeando la puerta y no me abrían, mientras las personas en la calle me miraban yyo no sabía si me iban a robar en cualquier momento, solo entré a buscar otro lugar donde quedarme. No le recomiendo a nadie este lugar, es terrible! Tuve que buscar un airbnb en otra zona y pagar de nuevo. Hostelworld le pone automáticamente 2, para mi realmente es un rotundo ...

Thoroughly enjoyed being in the middle of it all, close to restaurants, shops, a dairy, little markets and pharmacy. Room was cute with the beer quote and beer nik naks, bathroom was good too. Staff were lovely and helpful. A couple of little things, bed very hard and blankets quite small for two people.

The pictures did not match what I saw online. I ended up leaving and staying with a friend.

La zona está horrible, sí hay una estación de metro en la esquina pero como para no salir de noche, está rodeado de indigentes, prostitución, drogas. Me sentía insegura incluso dentro de la habitación, el pasillo a los cuartos super oscuro, se notaba que no había nadie más hospedado. Cuando llegué no tenían mi reserva en registro, así que desde ahí me causó desconfianza. Al final, opté por no quedarme ahí. No me quisieron reembolsar, pero vale más mi seguridad. Super lovely and friendly staff, I had a private room that was super nice with a private bathroom. They even cleaned the room everyday (not what I expect in a hostel!). The whole place is decorated nicely and you can tell someone put a lot of care into it.

There's some work that needs done literally, as the place looked like it was under construction. This hostel is not a 9.4 star hostel. They shouldn't be charging anymore than $9/night. They however tried to charge me the price of three nights for two. There was no toilet paper. Showers ran hot for about five minutes and the water would get all over the floor. The water would not evaporate into the day and just remained there. The staff however are kind and accomodating, and speak english.

Great place to stay. I went for work and things turned out to be great. The nights were cold yet you could ask for an additional blanket. There was a kitchen, a place to drink or work. I suggest having cheaper beer, though. As for the rest, I hope I can stay there again.
