Reservamos dos noches pero al llegar nos dijeron que sólo podemos quedarnos una noche. Lugar MUY sucio. El dormitorio no tiene suficiente ventilación.
We booked two nights but when we arrived they told us we could only stay one night. it is VERY dirty. the dormitory does not have sufficient ventilation.
They made me read the policies like 10 times unnecessarily, pool was very dirty and small, towels were torn (disgusting), sheets stained, AC didn’t turn on, bathroom doors- broken too. They didn’t have our breakfast “even though is was included”, we tried to buy something but they didn’t have food, I did a money transfer through my bank, the app wasn’t working, they pushed my while I was EATING to pay, I paid double as a result, I had to call 4 days straight to get hear: it wasn’t ...
The room we booked wasn't available so we left. On the street we met another couple that had the same experience. Not recommended for online booking.
Shocking stay. They do not change the sheets between guests! I watched it happen 3x. They just fold the sheet back up, flip the pillow, &let someone else stay. No soap in any baño. Smelly mop water, filthy pool. While female staff are pleasant, the man who works reception is moody &rude. Polite only to domestic tourists. They let junkies nap here &leave again in the middle of the night. Flooded bathroom. Doors ALWAYS open. No refunds allowed: must pay before you see the small, stinky dorm.
No me respetaron el precio de mi reservación original me terminaron mandando a unas literas personal incompetente que no da soluciones no lo recomiendo
They didn't respect the price of my original reservation and ended up sending me to some incompetent, personal sleepers who don't offer solutions I don't recommend.
It’s a nice place but someone had just had there stuff stolen from the room we were staying in and one of the staff ladies made us feel very unwelcome.
Haben ein privat Zimmer gebucht das war dann aber schon belegt und wir mussten doch in den dorm,am selben Tag kam noch ein Pärchen die auch das belegte privatzimmer gebucht hatten also scheinbar sind die Mitarbeiter etwas verplant was die Buchungen angeht. Der dorm war dazu sehr klein und nicht sehr gemütlich.das Frühstück war lecker.You get what you pay for:)
Have booked a private room that was then but already occupied and we had to go to the dorm,on the same day came another couple who had also booked the occupied private room so apparently the staff are somewhat upset was the bookings were about.The dorm was also very small and not very cozy.The breakfast was delicious.You get what you pay for:)
Its a cute small hostel. It would be great if there was a bit more happening as it wasn’t staffed most of the time I was there.
We got upgraded to a private room for free, what we really appreciated! Loved the hostel and stuff, they were so friendly. Pool was nice and the a/c really needed. Only the kitchen could be equipped better. Was a small but clean kitchen, not enough space in the fridge and not enough plates and stuff. But was alright, would go there again.
