Wir hatten ein privates Zimmer und waren damit zufrieden. Außer mir und meiner besten Freundin waren nur alte Männer in dem Hostel. Daher waren wir sehr froh, dass wir kein Dorm gebucht hatten, sonst hätten wir uns unwohl gefühlt. Der Service war nett, konnte aber kein Englisch, wodurch die Kommunikation teilweise sehr schwierig war. In unserem Zimmer waren ein paar Ameisen, was uns aber nicht besonders gestört hat. Beim Duschen wird der ganze Boden und die Toilette nass

Je ne conseillerais pas cet établissement. Le dortoir était sans fenêtre avec une odeur étrange. Mon amie avait la clim juste au-dessus de sa tête sans possibilité de l'éteindre. les lits sont très durs et si vous voulez une serviette il faut payer. L'espace sanitaire n'était pas très propre également. De plus, des hommes louches sont assis tout les jours à côté de la réception, on ne se sent pas vraiment en sécurité. Good hostel

The room was okay, but the pool was dirty and when we asked if there was a net we could use to clean they just laughed at us and said what do you expect and didn’t clean the pool.

Okay place to stay, as it's relatively close to a lot of places you'd be going. I would avoid staying here if you're a solo traveller looking for a good atmosphere. The hostel was dead, and the chats that open up on the app when your stay begins, say just as much. There is zero atmosphere here.

Left after one night, i do not recommend the location unless you’re looking for some non family friendly stuff (😉). Girls side was okay but the men room was not good.

It was kinda gross, a lot of old creepy men. Thank god my g(friend) and I didn’t stay in a dorm . Idk I think though it was fine just didn’t smell very fresh . Good location thoigh

A wonderful hostel! All here is better than advertised. The staff is very attentive to the guests, and the guests are extremely well-mannered and respectful of each other. There are many dining facilities in the neighborhood.

We felt unsafe the first night only sleeping in a dorm with some really drunk who came to the room at 4 turning on the lights and talking to himself for an hour. The hostel didn’t have any walls in the lobby and almost anyone could have made it to right outside the doors to the room. Half of the lockers in the room had been forcefully opened so the security of our belongings were bad. We had to share the locker because my assigned one could not get locked. The staff were ok. Beds were too hard...

good for the price

Happy Hostel was a pretty good Hostel! We stayed for almost two weeks. It was usually pretty clean but we did have to ask to have our bedding washed (which was no big deal). There was also a lady who kind of just slept around the hostel the whole time we were there. I’m not sure if she was a worker or what, but she seemed like she was pretty sick. Hopefully shes okay. No food or drinks sold at the hostel and not a super social environment. Pretty average hostel!

Front desk girls should be a little bit more polite and kind. A smile doesnt kill anybody! As too many people were in, bathroons should be cleaned at least twice a day. Rooms are okay with good air con, location of the hostel close to bars, 7-11, markets just a little bit far from beach.

Staff didnt know English

The accommodation is fine but staff were pretty rude and inattentive. Not helpful when I asked for the best way to get to the Sanctuary of Truth, too.

One of the worst hostels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. The bathrooms stank and were unclean, I was put in the wrong room (more beds than I booked) and the staff wasn’t friendly. The atmosphere was not really traveller-friendly as people were loud in the dorm and switched lights on during the night. After one night I switched hostels.
