- They said my booking was for the night before I arrived this is not the case . They were full and I had to find other accommodation with there assistance late in the afternoon . My booking clearly stated it was the night I turned up to stay.

+ Trato del personal muy amable cama muy cómoda.

- No cuenta con enchufe. Me toco una habitación donde los otros huéspedes no respetaron el horario de silencio e ingresaron con alcohol a la habitación.

+ Nada

- Todo roto: enchufes y lámparas no andaban. Las camas de la habitación 1 están hechas de troncos, hacen mucho ruido. El desayuno es puro pan y no dejan que te hagas ni un huevo en ese horario para poder comer proteina.La atención de los chicos es lo peor, maleducados y prepotentes . Tienen demasiadas reglas absurdas para un hostel tan ruinoso. Cero ambiente. Cocina muy chica, imposible de usar. El peor hostel al que fui (en todo el mundo).

+ El peor desayuno de todos los hostels que conozco y no son pocos.

- 50 000 pesos ont été volés dans notre chambre lorsque nous prenions le petit-déjeuner, alors que nous venions de retirer l'argent. Le gérant a estimé que nous avions pu perdre l'argent entre le lieu de retrait, en face de la rue, et la chambre, et nous a gentiment dit d'aller nous faire voir. Réaction très décevante alors que nous avons tenté d'être souple et compréhensif. Logement par ailleurs petit, pas très propre et petit-déjeuner qui vous permettra surtout de boire un café. A fuire. De la part d'un client qui poste son premier avis négatif de sa vie...

- Que las personas que vivían ahí y trabajan no me hicieron sentir cómodo, de hecho me dijeron que no había lugar y en booking si figuraba que había lugar Una chica del turno mañana

+ There’s a private bathroom in the room. The instructions for getting in were very clear.

- The staff was very cold and unfriendly. They also came in the room to clean it 30 minutes before check-out time which I found to be extremely rude.

+ El personal es amable

- Las puertas de las habitaciones son viejas, y es obligatorio hechar llave ya que de lo contrario no cierra, en segunda creo que tienen mascotas (gatos) que estuvieron maullado y arañando la puerta toda la noche, tener en consideración que en mi caso soy alérgico a los gatos así que fue incómodo, luego en línea general es un Hostel

+ El lugar y el ambiente son muy buenos. El personal es muy atento y amable :)

- Hay temas que arreglar como regaderas, excusados que no les funciona bien el botón, puertas que se traban o chocan con la pared

+ The volunteers that run the hostel were super friendly. Great kitchen ☺️ good bed.

- Not enough charging plugs in the bedrooms.

+ A round of applause fully deserved! This hostel exceeded our expectations big time. It's a gorgeous building, the rooms are super cosy and the staff are really lovely. The common area is sociable and quite large and a nice space to relax, including a sunny garden (with a cute cat hanging out). The kitchen is great. Overall very calm and relaxed feeling to the place. It's the best hostel we've stayed in, would highly recommend it.

+ Buona posizione, stanza spaziosa con locker, staff amichevole, cucina abbastanza equipaggiata, offrono servizio lavanderia

- Troppi pochi bagni per il numero di stanze. Colazione mediocre

+ Really cosy atmosphere.

+ Séjour d’une nuit au top :) le lit est confortable, l’auberge est calme, les parties communes confortables et propres. On sent que l’auberge a une vraie âme, c’est très agréable !

- Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié et qualitatif… et le débit d’eau de la douche de la chambre 10 est vraiment insuffisant.

+ Loved the friendly atmosphere here. The private room was a great size with a nice ensuite. They provided plenty of towels and split the bed into two singles when requested. The location is great with shops, restaurants and the lake just down the road. The kitchen was useful and staff very friendly. It was also a lovely quiet area.

- Breakfast could have been better.

+ Achei o lugar muito confortável e limpo. Os funcionários são muito educados e sempre estao ajudando como podem.

- Eu achei o cafe da manhã bem básico, porém eu percebi que é o padrão de hostels da região.
