- I booked and informed the hotel of my late delivery at 10 PM, they accepted and after I reached they told me its already full, and the receptionist had my booking in his screen but no vacancies. They have two persons managing the property and they are not following up with each other, one accepted my late check-in and the other has no idea. I left at late night 10:30pm with my 4 baggage with a high rate taxi, searching for a vacant room with very limited choices at night and very high prices.
- Je n’ai pas passé de séjour car arrivé sur place des équipements n’étaient pas complet, il faisait froid et le chauffage ne marchait pas ni le wifi de ma chambre donc j’ai préféré changer d’hôtel.

- Do not stay here. We and the other people we were travelling with had money stolen from our rooms at this accommodation. The staff were unhelpful and made up lies regarding the theft - police were involved. If you stay here prepare to have your money stolen as a bunch of THIEVES work here. Don’t waste your time with this place, so disappointing. The rating doesn’t reflect this place, deserving of below a 1.

- They are a bunch of thieves. They stole money from our room and our sons room… hundreds of dollars. When we approached the manager he couldn’t care less and refused to ring the police on our behalf. Eventually ringing the police who came and investigated but not even an apology from the manager. I would not stay here if I were you.

- 订的带私人浴室的房间，近50欧一晚，实际浴室在房间外大过厅的另一边，是公共浴室，夜里根本不敢去。感觉被欺骗。说是含早餐，实际没见到早餐。位置也不好。

What a beautiful hostel, inside and out. The breakfast provided is ridiculously large (and delicious). The location is very easily accessible by tram (less than 5 min to the main attractions). Just keep this in mind for your travel budget is all, as it’s definitely cheaper than a taxi.
+ Love the location walking distance from casa oasis and close to tram lines going downtown. Beautiful garden and common areas, great buffet breakfast.

+ Nous ne sommes restées qu une nuit mais j ai bien aimé le décor de l’endroit. Déjeuner très copieux. Personnel disponible et accueillant. Stationnement disponible dans la rue devant l hôtel
- Matelas un peu dur. Je ne peux vous conseiller pour l’ emplacement, car nous ne faisions qu’un pit stop.

LHostel is a very secure place. I was in a 10 person dorm and barely saw or heard anyone else. The property is safe and secure both in the room and overall. The WiFi was really good and the location was good. I walked a lot of places and used uber as well. The only downfall is that there were no organized activities like many hostels have. Highly recommend.
