Great hostel, facilities are so clean, the manager is an extremely kind woman working so hard to keep good image of her lovely hostel. Free coffe and tea , and load of free food to use too. I was satisfied with the stay, there was 2 bed bugs on my bed , but that's it. Otherwise all is clean and fine 👌

Awful property. Check in process chaotic, luckily one of us knew Russian otherwise the process would be impossible. Receptionist seemed to be on the phone to the owner of the hostel and seemed confused. Loud at night due to karaoke bar below, zero atmosphere, uncomfortable experience. Homeless living in the hostel and sh*tting on the floor, bedbugs in the bed. AVOID

Great location, but found plenty bedbugs in my room when I went to bed. Couldn't reach someone at the service number, but met luckily another guest with a free bed in another room without bedbugs. Receptionist was nice, but not able to speak english at all. Wouldn't come back again.
