Narita Airport Samurai Guesthouse

+ I have been threatened by the owner and have been informed by him that my comments will be deleted from bookings.com. I have photos of everything I noted in my review and correspondence with him. Yet he is still threatening me. I would like to show you with pictures just how unsanitary this Narita Airport Samurai Guesthouse is. How is a guest able to make comments and have them stay for everyone to see? He lies about free shuttle service on your website and personally informs travelers who book with him that the free shuttle is not available unless you book for 5 or more days? Something that is not noted in your advertisement for this place.

- The threatening behavior of the owner and the unsanitary conditions guests are forced to live in during their stay at Narita Airport Samurai Guesthouse... which by the way, is not near Narita Airport but an hour away by train.

- Der Gastgeber hat uns bei der Ankunft angeschrien, weil wir mit dem Auto vorgefahren sind. Auf der japanischen Homepage der Unterkunft steht, dass das Guesthouse kostenlose Parkplätze hat, die nicht reserviert werden müssen. Wir hatten deshalb nicht reserviert. Der Gastgeber hat meine japanische Frau beleidigt, dass man in Japan mit ein bisschen gesundem Menschenverstand wisse, dass man immer vorher anrufen müsse. Der Parkplatz ist auch nicht kostenlos wie auf der Homepage erwähnt. Der Gastgeber war aggressiv und hat nicht nur uns, sondern auch andere Gäste beschimpft (und an Ihrer Türe geklopft), weil sie nicht sofort nach dem Kochen alle Sachen abgewaschen haben. Der Aufenthaltsraum wird vom Gastgeber bewohnt und kann nicht genutzt werden. WiFi funktioniert nur im Erdgeschoss (in der kalten Küche) und nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Das Männer WC war kaputt. In der Dusche hat es unangenehm gerochen. In unserem Zimmer war der Boden voller Haare, ein Katzenklo stand in einer Ecke und es gab keinen Bettanzug. Das Guesthouse heisst Narita Airport ist aber rund eine Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt...

- The room was not clean, nor the kitchen, man's bathroom not working, smell of smoke inside, hair in my bed, extremely uncomfortable bed. It was ok for one night but not recommended.

+ ロケーションが良く、値段が安いのに寝具も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです！

- 受付が無人だったため、宿泊者情報を記入する用紙を受付に置いて行くしかなく、かなり個人情報を書き込んだので心配でした。こちらからもどうすればいいかお電話で相談するべきでした。

+ 値段の安さはもちろんですが、ホストは私達がより快適に過ごせるよう直前に部屋を変えてくれるなどの心遣いがありがたかったです。また、香取肉店は是非行くことをお勧めします。

- 浴室は共用部分と直結なので、特に女性は使い勝手が悪そうだと思いました。また、近くに入浴施設は無さそうでした。

+ 駅近！ 朝晩冷えるし寒がりなので毛布を貸してくれたり、質問に対して主の方の返信が早い！

- シャワーのしきりを外に作れば服が湿気にさらされないから良きだね。

+ 個室に安価で泊まれたこと 総合すると満足です

+ The staff and other guests were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. It was also close to the station, so it was quick and easy to leave for the airport early in the morning.

- While the proximity to the train station is a positive, it's also the main issue I had while staying here as it is quite loud whenever the trains approach. If you're a light sleeper, it's a good idea to bring ear plugs otherwise you may have a restless sleep.
