This is only a moneymaker.It’’s not user friendly at all. One useable wall plug for 14 beds in a room. You cannot even sit on the bottom bunk without smashing your head. The tiny shower curtain sticks to legs yet soaks room. No spot to put your soap/shampoo,no drain cover, no locker keys offered, trash in room when it was supposed to be clean, dirty, no social atmosphere, no bowls in kitchen, no privacy curtain on beds, broken lights with no actual shelf at bed. NO INDIVIDUAL PLUGS BY EACH B...
It's awfully price quality ratio. Beds have 0 privacy there's 0 effort to ensure a well divided bedroom. Towels rental is 5€. Auto check in barely works. Wanted to ask questions about the city there was no one at front desk for a good 15minutes. Only good thing is location.
DO NOT STAY HERE. I was robbed right outside the door with my phone stolen, and the man on the desk showed a lack of interest. I had a flight early the next morning, but he said I couldn't use the reception computer to get my boarding pass, nor would he print it for me. He then told me to move away from the reception area. Decent location and beds are fine but stay somewhere where they actually care about safety/welfare.

Given the price I was expecting more chill areas, basic service and character.
No pone opened the door when I arrived and I was left to sleep on the street. The hostel tried to charge me 3 times, 2 different amounts!
It’s not a hostel for solo travelers since it doesn’t have places where to share with the other guests. Just one area but it wasn’t inviting. The showers weren’t clean. The hostel itself is too expensive for what it is. You have to make your own bed which is not such an issue but when you get back all tired from walking around it’s the least you wanna do. Overall there was a weird vibe and i wouldn’t stay there again mot recommend it.
No recomiendo este hostel si eres un backpackers que busca ambiente y personal que sea amable con la atención. Lo único agradable es la ubicación ya que está cerca de los lugares más turísticos pero la estancia fue realmente aburrida, nadie te recibe ya que tú mismo haces el check in e incluso tienes que hacer la cama al llegar, cosa que si llegas después de un largo viaje y cansad@ no es algo nada agradable. Este hostel me dejó mucho que desear.
I wouldn't recommend this hostel if you are a backpacker looking for a friendly atmosphere and personal attention. the only nice thing is the location as it is close to the most touristic places but the stay was really boring, no one receives you since you check in yourself and you even have to make your bed when you arrive, which if you arrive after a long journey and tired@ is not something at all pleasant. this hostel left me much to wish for.
I have never met such an impolite and aggressive receptionist before. First I got ignored and then got told in a rude way, that I have to wait one hour until checkin, even though I was informed via email that I could check in at that time. She did not apologize nor explain. In the morning that same receptionist was violently screaming at a guest which was terrifying. In my opinion this hostel is not worth the money: you have to make your own bed and the room temperature was unbearably hot.
A "premium hostel" where you have to put the sheets yourself and AC is not working. Also the worst bunk design I have ever seen

I agree with the other reviews here - no space in the dorms for your things, no outlets by the beds, bathrooms dirty and small (1 for a 12-bed dorm). Overall it felt super impersonal, there are no spaces to build community with the other travelers; the community space is basically a hallway / entry way. I only stayed one night because I wanted to visit the Guggenheim museum, for which the location was great but if I wanted to stay longer in Bilbao I’d def book another hostel.

Nice location and reception! Rooms were decent, would be nice to have curtains on beds for more privacy. Lockers were not very large either. Would recommend for an easy spot to stay, but not social aspect.

Es un buen lugar, ubicado a 15 min caminando del viejo casco, el más limpio en el que he estado, pero el personal es medio payaso. Viajan muchas personas que están haciendo el camino por lo que el ambiente es medio interesante. El internet es el peor de todos, no llega al cuarto ni si quiera en la sala de estar.
It's a good place, located 15 minutes walk from the old town, the cleanest I've been in, but the staff is kind of a clown. there are a lot of people traveling who are making the journey so the environment is kind of interesting. the internet is the worst of all, it doesn't reach the room or even the living room.
Faltan enchufes para cargar cerca de las camas, los que habían era solo en el piso lejos de las mismas. Baño bien. Los lockers no tienen candados, te los venden aparte. La ubicación muy buena y las instalaciones también.
There are no charging plugs near the beds, the ones I had were just on the floor away from them. bathroom is fine. the lockers have no locks, they are sold separately. the location is very good and the facilities too.
Couldve been better - the bathrooms aren’t ventilated and there are no proper outlets in the rooms. Also, there was no atmosphere in the common spaces at night.

The hostel is pretty nice, I stayed in an all girls room. There are no hooks in the room and the bathroom could be a bit cleaner but not too bad. The shower head on the first floor was broken so had to wait awhile for the shower in the room. There is no one at the front desk at night so you have to use the kiosk to get your key. Had to wait until the morning to rent a towel. The location is great, it’s really close to Guggenheim and really safe.

My stay at Poshtel was great and the communal areas and rooms were nice and modern! The staff were really helpful and friendly. The only small thing was that the chargers with each bed were only usb ports which I didn’t have to charge my phone.

I stayed here for one night to prepare for a flight and was satisfied with my experience. The beds are comfortable and clean, with a good location close to the Guggenheim and a bus & metro stop. However, the floors were very very dirty—bring shower shoes if you stay here!! I walked with white socks down one hallway and the bottoms were completely brown after, and on bare feet the floor felt very grimy. I stayed here at peak season and it was completely booked, so maybe that’s why.
