- Our room and the shared bathrooms and kitchen were so dirty, there were balls of hair rolling around, sticky walls, rubbish in the bathrooms and stains on the sheets! When flagged to staff they ignored us. Also location is bad, there’s nothing around.

+ Dirty and messy! I stayed for 30 minutes and left, I just wanted my money back and the bare minimum, which would have been a locker for my luggage, was lacking.

- My flight arrived @11:45pm, no staff check in available. but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The instructions provided via email were unclear, making it extremely difficult to locate the main entrance. Once inside, there was a persistent unpleasant odor in the main hallway. The check-in process was also confusing; the email mentioned 'pods' on the left, but no doors were labeled as such, and the codes provided did not work on any of the doors I tried. To make matters worse, there were no towels available, and the shower water never warmed up. I ended up having to leave and spend the rest of the night in my car at the airport parking lot. Additionally, parking near the property is nearly impossible. I hope the management can improve their signage and maintenance, as this was a very stressful stay

- Okropny brud, w pokojach i lazienkach wymieniaja conajwyzej posciele (mam nadzieje) wszedzie pelno kurzu i grzybu. W pokoju w którym spaliśmy był przepotężny odór jakby jakis żul spał tam przed nami. W pokoju nie było okna, więc nie było szansy na wywietrzenie. Prześmierdły nam wszystkie rzeczy, ubrania. W części wspólnej również zapach nie był za ciekawy. Niska cena obiektu w ogóle nie rekompensuje kosztów które poniesiemy za dezynfekcje wszystkiego.

- Very dirty and stairs no elevator and fridge was dirty and over crowded. It’s crazy how the property is lying in the response. They had a bad check in and the place was so filthy. I never got banned. I would never return to such filthy place.

+ NONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff member named AJ, who was on duty on the evening of Dec 26, 2025, treated customers in a EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional manner.

- I stayed at this hostel for three nights . I want to be clear from the start: the way I was treated by a staff member named AJ on my check-out day was extremely disrespectful to a paying guest and unacceptable in a hospitality setting!!! I checked out properly and on time, followed all stated requirements, stored my luggage since my flight was later that evening, and returned to the front desk to return a borrowed lock and complete my departure. At no point did I return to my room after check-out. While I was at the front desk, AJ repeatedly ordered me to leave, using phrases such as “You should leave” and “You must leave,” and said, “You are not supposed to be here after you check out.” His tone was abrupt, command-like, and lacked basic courtesy. Being spoken to this way as a guest who had complied with all stated rules was shocking and deeply upsetting. AJ insisted that guests must leave the property immediately after check-out; however, this policy was never explained to me at check-in and was not mentioned in the pre–check-in message I received from the property, which otherwise listed many important details such as check-in/check-out times, deposit requirements, and parking rules. He then pointed to a printed notice on a board covered with multiple papers, but this notice is not clearly visible to guests during check-in because it is placed on a foldable desk panel that does not face guests when staff are seated and is difficult to read from the check-in position. Guests and businesses are equal parties, and in the absence of any safety concern or serious issue—and especially when staff failed to clearly communicate a rule in advance—the property has no justification to speak to a guest in such a rude and confrontational manner.

- Horrible experience. There was no hot water during our entire stay, and no information about it either. Another guest who arrived one day before us mentioned that there was already no hot water upon their arrival. The front desk staff told us it would be fixed, but it wasn’t. We tried to contact them again the next day, but by the time the front desk was supposed to open, no one was there, and we waited for another 30 minutes but still no one showed up. We also called them the same day before the front desk closed, but no one answer the phone. Besides that, the breakfast always ran out before 9am, no towel when we first arrived, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. 住宿期間完全沒有熱水，冷水冰到不行根本沒辦法洗。櫃檯說會請人修也沒修好，隔天嘗試溝通櫃檯直接no show，晚點打電話也沒人接，透過booking 溝通補償方案，booking 的回覆是「我們與住宿方達成共識」。熱水有技術性問題就算了，完全沒資訊也無法溝通，供給的早餐不夠吃，空調根本沒在動，說好會附的毛巾也沒有，奉勸各位絕對不要住這間，超雷。

+ It has cereals, bread, and PB&J, for breakfast. The staff is friendly and there's a nice common area. For a hostel, it was decently clean.

- There was no hot water during my stay. The kitchen lacks enough glasses and mugs for the guests. The trash bins should be emptied more often as they were always too full. AC was not working well in my room.

+ Súper excelente de verdad en todo precio comodidad en la atención de la muchacha que está en recepción muy amable cariñosa espacio para relajar conversar y los baños súper súper limpio ósea todo total mente garantizado yo que no dejó comentarios aquí dejó uno porq es merecido
