9Station Hostel & Bar Phu Quoc

Literally booked a room with curtains and got a super random room with 4 beads in the room. No bunkbeds, no privacy. The whole Island was packed with russians and the hostel had a weird vibe. One guy was creeping in the womens bathroom and the staff would only kick him out after we persisted on him leaving. Otherwise he would have stayed in a Mixed dorm

Best hostel on the island 🏝️👌Edit: I fell 3 meters down the stairs because there was water leakage from the roof, first I tought I dislocated my shoulder sitting for shocked for 1 minute in pain not beeing able to move. I told the reception, night guy - he didn't do anything.. I told again morning to reception they put a sign there, didn't remove the water tough... The wooden stairs on that spot are already 'noisy' like they've been regularly soaked in water, so this isn't new.TI'm here ...

Event host is horrible. We did an hostel event the pub quiz and she let her friends win which had a group of 4 when it was only supposed to be 8 . They had two phones out cheating and we told her twice and she let it. She clearly wants free drinks and doesn’t care about the hostel guest experience. She also went and laughed with them after they came over and bragged and were super rude.

Dead during the day, people drinking at night. The portions in the restaurant are tiny, to get a full stomach you need to order at least 4 dishes which is way too expensive.

The hostel looks very nice, and the staff are very nice. But it's very noisy with people coming and going as it has zero soundproofing. The common space is a bit too big and not the most social although there are activities every night.

Great hostel if you’re looking to make friends on the island as it is probably the only place where lots of backpackers are. Great evening entertainment and a really nice common space. rooms are nice beds are comfy and nice amount of room to move about with a big locker for bags.

It’s ok - when I arrived they’d “lost my key” then I was given new ones but I had no locker for my bad due to the new key for the room - they said I could leave my bag in the staff room, not ideal. Also worth noting there is virtually no phone signal and the WiFi in the dorms is virtually non existent, however works fine in the lobby. Just worth noting as I usually like to browse whilst I’m in bed.

Good hostel, nice pool and free laundry! Pool party on the Saturday highly recommend!

It feels like a hotel not that social and had some bad experience with the staff

Good Hostel, mostly Chilled vibes and very kind staff, social activities could be organized a little bit better but it was a wonderful open and clean space to stay in, would come again

This is one if the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It has a real friendly vibe too.

Lovely hostel with comfy beds. Pool is nice and so is the breakfast which is included. Great social space just a shame there is not social vibe at all.

Incredibly nice hostel. Felt like a nice hotel with a really nice pool and facilities. Wasn’t very social at all but really good for a calm holiday

Excellent séjour à 9Station Hostel. Le personnel est super serviable et agréable. L’établissement est très propre et l’espace commun très accueillant. Les machines à laver à disposition sont un gros avantage. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Je recommande!

Nice facilities, although the atmosphere was quite empty although the place was fully booked. Some decisions such as closing the bar before 10pm probably take away from the potential social atmosphere. The place is huge and so can feel really empty. The beds were clean and i had a great sleep in the private rooms. staff were lovely!

Super nett!! Tolles Personal! Tolle Ausstattung! Leider gibt es mysteriöse Gestalten, die sich immer wieder an den Pool legt, obwohl sie nicht Gast ist.

Staff are super welcoming and helpful, felt so safe, bedroom and bathroom are clean, great location for beach, food is good ! Provided with own locker that fit large backpack and hand luggage.

This hostel had everything you would need to stay in a pretty self contained bubble - restaurant, pool, common area. The rooms were super big, although the bunk beds were also massive and it was pretty difficult to get up to the top bunk just because of how huge they were! Facilities were great, staff were helpful, especially as I arrived so much earlier than check in!

The place had a really good atmosphere, the staff were very helpfull and the facilities were always clean. Really enjoied my stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were some of the best we had in SEA so far. Breakfast was also really nice. Lovely pool. Great location for lots of restaurants. We found it wasn’t super social in the evenings but wasn’t a problem for us. Our aircon broke and the staff fixed it in about 10 minutes!

L’Hostel etait magnifique, et très bien placé , le personnel très à l’écoute et au petit soin . On a réservé une excursion pour visiter trois îles en bateau et faire du snorkeling, c’était incroyable ! Je recommande fortement. Les douches communes étaient propres et grandes .

Honestly, the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam! The dorms are big and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The common area is a great place to chill, the pool is great, and the breakfast is good (and until 10:30 am!!!). The staff is so nice and really tries to make your stay the best it can be. It’s not a party hostel, but definitely a social one, you will meet people very easily. 100% recommend !

The best hostel I stayed so far regarding the amenities. It’s sparkless clean, comfy beds, enough space, good food and friendly staff. The only thing which could be improved is that there could be more social events like pub quiz or Bingo or Karaoke in the evenings because it is still for backpackers. But all in all I would totally recommend.

gutes Hostel, wirkt eher wie eine Pension/ Hotel. auch 'ältere' Gäste. Hostel Aktivitäten gibt es nicht wirklich. die lage ist jedoch gut.

Lovely hostel, super clean and cool and the self service laundry is a nice feature. Bit quiet in terms of atmosphere but still a nice place for sure :)
