It is great location - clean and modern.

Went to the wrong hostle at first. i have a physical disability and there was no elevator. The staf was helpful with my door lock issue at first i couldnt unlock the room. I had found some ear plugs under which was great! I wasn’t sure i understood the outside lock as once I came inside I assumed it would lock behind me but in the online lock it was not locked and i tried a few times to lock it except i was not able to get the on screen app to say it was locked. Solid Hostel For The Price (30-40$) easy locks on all doors. Beds are comfortable and a good size. Though there is Very limited kitchen supplies to eat off of. Amazing location close to anything you’d need in Canmore and steps away from the bus stops. (Discount at the bar/restaurant downstairs plus the weed shop is definitely a bonus) Staff are super friendly helpful and easy to approach if needed! Would recommend to anyone on a budget looking to see Canmore and Banff.

Abhishek and the all other staff were quite professional, humble and Kind. I loved my stay there but hostel is quite congested and if you'r booking through third party, the(external body) will charge you the hidden fee, other than that It was wholesome experience.

Globalement très bien mais nous aurions aimé une cuisine mieux équipée. Cependant les résidents avec lesquels nous étions n’étais pas forcément très respectueux. Bruyants, cuisine sale et vaisselle non faite… Je trouve les auberges Hi Canada bien mieux.

Good location, not front desk agent, was not clean and the shower was not easy. You don’t have anyplace for put your stuff or clothes

The location is great but it’s just way too loud all the time!

Loud. Loud. Dirty. Had to wait outside for 15 min before staff from the property called me to let me in. Music until 2 am. No common area for guest. Kitchen and bathroom were really bad

Couple things, overall I love this hostel! Clean, good sized kitchen, comfy beds with curtains. My one comment is about one of the staff who works there and stays in one of the rooms. She’s definitely European, not sure from where. But for someone who works there she does not follow any of the rules they have in place. I wish I could say more but she doesn’t follow the kitchen rules, or any kind of general cleanliness or hostel etiquette rules. Would recommend just not in a room with her !

Nice hostel, manager was great and even let me stay during the day to get out of the cold whilst I waited for a bus. Room 11, Door doesn’t lock, half a fire alarm in the ceiling, one top bunk with out railing and multiple extension cords plug into each other, plugged into each other plugged into each other

The hostel is in a prime location with nice walks straight from the hotel. There are good restaurants close by as well. The beds left a bit to be desired. You couldn’t flinch without the entire frame squeaking, which gets annoying. The curtain around my bed also had blood splattered on it, which was off putting at best. The hotel was clean, they have you remove your shoes before entering (I did almost fall down the stairs as the slippers they give you are a bit big, so do be careful)

Nice hostel but with a karaoke evening which was sonloudy that it was not possible to sleep before 1am. This not really acceptable for me.

Nice hostel in general. Perhaps you can be annoyed by the bar noise, for me wasn’t a big deal. If someone of the hostel is reading this I would recommend to have spare shower curtains, it’s time to throw the current ones.

Mixed Dorm could have been larger.

Nos sentimos muy cómodas y todo estuvo bien. Tambien compartimos habitación mixta tuvimos nuestra privacidad. Antes de llegar tuvimos una emergencia y fueron muy comprensivos y atentos. Me voy feliz con mi experiencia. Gracias por todo ! :)

Site was very well located in town, really handy for public transport, shops and walks. Everything was clean and kitchen space was great. Only complaint would be the noise from the bar downstairs. We stayed over the weekend and were kept up until 12 due to the music, which is understandable but we were uninformed this would be the case.

Very good place, I spent 6 nights here. Staff was very present, the hostel is very clean. The only negative thing is the sound of the door lockers during the night. Thank you a lot!!

Outrageous price gouging or middling accommodation.

房間很小，沒有足夠的地方放行李，也沒有足夠的衣架掛外套，床支架很弱，上下床很大聲音，樓梯是圓的，腳踩着會很痛。
