HI Hostel Chapada - Lencois

Very nice hostel!

Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast is great and convenient. Decent location near the street with all the restaurants and grocery stores. Could have better cooking facilities but not too hard to make do.

Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Hostel. Da ich Abends nicht viel Unterhaltung brauche, habe ich die Ruhe im Hostel sehr genossen. Aufgrund der guten Lage, konnte ich aber auch spontan Essen oder Feiern gehen, wann ich wollte. Alles innerhalb von 5 min. Lencois ist sehr sicher und entsprechend habe ich mich auch im Hostel wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich. Es gibt innerhalb der Stadt einiges zu besichtigen, aber auch Touren in der Umgebung. Sehr sauber und super Aufenthalt.

Rooms had big lockers and was quiet so it was a good place to rest. However, it was a little odd that there were no pillows. Showers were nice and hot, and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast included was good and the hostel had open areas to relax. The price sometimes can be quite high but it’s a decent place to stay if you find a reasonable price.

Not the best place to stay. Was good for a night but I wouldn’t stay longer. Very boring and kinda old, there was no atmosphere and felt weird in general. Breakfast was good though!

Nous avons du changer de chambre car le dortoir pour femmes de 4 lits avait des cafards et se situe près de la rue et de a cuisine. Il y a donc beaucoup de passage et de bruit. Nous avons été placé à la place dans un dortoir pour 8 mieux mais qui sentait mauvais dû à des remontées d'odeur des salle de bain et nous avions des difficultés à aérer la chambre car une horde de chats trainent dans le jardin et rentrent régulièrement dans la chambre dès qu'ils en ont l'occasion. Great place, lots of space and a very chilled out area. Right in the centre of town, only caveat is that it’s a little too quiet but that is nice if you’re looking for downtime and a little peace and quiet

Um lugar com uma estrutura simples mas muito bem cuidada, bem localizada, perfeito para quem vai a cidade para fazer os passeios disponíveis e quer estar perto do centro

Extremely helpful staff and comfortable room. (I stayed in the suite). Don't bother booking any tours until you get to lençois as so much depends on the weather and it's easy to book.
