Amy Hostel Hue

Ratten! Im Schlafsaal im 3. Stock waren Nachts Ratten. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen in dieses Hostel zu gehen. Es war allgemein dreckig und hat gemüffelt. Ich hab am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption von den Ratten erzählt. Sie meinten, dass sie normalerweise nur unten Ratten haben, da sie dort Frühstück und Cafe haben, aber nicht in der 3.Etage. Auf das Frühstück habe ich dann freiwillig verzichtet.

They tell you about the day tour of Hue to get you to sign up, but then it's not an actual tour, but only a transportation service. They take no accountability for the quality of the service. I do not recommend a stay here.

Kann man für eine Nacht machen. Leider gab es keine Handseife und keinen Föhn, bei Nachfrage wurde beides zur Verfügung gestellt. Man bekommt das wofür man zahlt (4€ die Nacht). Sehr nettes Personal und Dusche nach Check Out auch nutzbar.

The hostel is quite okay, but there were small bloodstains on the sheets, I saw a mouse in the kitchen and we had a guy in the 4 persons dorm although we booked a women only dorm. The stuff was very friendly and said that the guy must have mistaken the room because he was drunk, but he definitely had keys. I’m sure if we planned to stayed longer than one night they would have found a solution. Overall I would not book it again.

Ok hostel, the bedsheets were dirty on the first day. The staff were attentive and cleaned them. The staff were helpful throughout.

We did not expect to bring our own towels. It was not a problem, just a surprise.

Great place for a night, staff were really helpful and friendly but no social atmosphere if that’s what you’re after. Room was clean and good size.

The personale was very friendly and helpful! The room was not in a good shape: 1) there was a hole in our window so it was really cold in our room. 2) the lock to the room was malfunctioning 50% of the time. 3) The AC did not work and would not heat up the room (which we needed due to the whole in the window).

Not an hostel if you want to meet travelers. But close to the city and the citadel.

Big thanks to Luna, Tan and ms LAN for giving breakfasts on the day I checked out. The hostel has generally great value and the 4 bed dorm were very comfortable.

Super hostel, très bien situé proche de la citadelle et des quartiers animés le soir. Le personnel est adorable et les chambres très propres.

I stayed both the private and the dorm rooms in 4 days. Both of them were clean and well maintained. The highlight of the hostel was definitely the staff!!! The 3 girls working at the reception are just amazing! They had a lot of useful tipps and I could book and arrange everything by them sooo easily. They made my stay stressless and I could enjoy every minute.:)

Geweldig hostel, leuke locatie en geweldig aardige mensen. Het enige puntje is dat het bed heel oud en fragiel was, het kraakte zo hard dat we bijna bang waren erdoorheen te zakken.

Just an okay hostel. The beds were fine and the balcony in the room was a nice touch. Unfortunately, our room had a weird smell and it still got pretty hot even with the AC on. The staff was friendly, but the hostel itself wasn’t very social.

Super helpful staff in a comfortable hostel in a good location. I had an enjoyable trip to Hue and really benefitted from the people working there who went above and beyond to give me lots of tips and helped me book a guided tour. Great value place to stay, near the river and lots of restaurants and bars. You can walk (20-30 mins) or get a grab to the imperial citadel. Boats for river cruises to the pagoda start and end very close by.

Awesome hostel and very friendly staff! This was probably one of my favourite places to stay during my trip so far. I loved the central location in Hue and the lovely staff, who was always ready to help me and gave me good recommendations for my stay. They also organised the Hai van pass for me! :) I can recommend this accommodation to everyone, who is looking for a chilled and clean hostel. Rooms are spacious and totally worth the price. Would stay there again any time!

Helpful staff and nice hostel for a night. Just not very social and no plugs in beds.

ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt hier das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber und hatte sogar einen eigenen Balkon jederzeit wieder

Staff is one of the friendliest ever, very accommodating to your plans and reachable through whatsapp about everything! Breakfast is a plus, rooms are not the best as there’s little privacy with the bathroom in the room. The bunk beds make a lot of noise and are faced to the windows where there are no curtains :// great location tho!!

I loved my stay there. The main thing what made it so good was the staff! So helpful with everything you actually need to know. And the beds are very comfortable!

Great stay in great location. Only negative was that the AC was not cold enough when it was 35+ degrees Celsius during the day. Otherwise the room a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

i stayed in a private room and it was very nice, even had a balcony! the staff is lovely and the breakfast is quite good. not social but well located near lots to do. they let me take a shower after i’d checked out before my night bus which was much appreciated!

Beds were so so so comfy and big. Great location, local eateries very close by, breakfast was great with a wide variety in the morning. Staff were so attentive and engaging. Very happy with our stay

loved my stay here probably one of the best hostels i’ve stayed at during my travels, the staff were great and it was super clean. I would stay here again if i was in hue

Good stay! Location was pretty central. Staff was very nice and helpful. I forgot a bag and they sent it to my next location. Can definitely recommend.
