Absolutely avoid this place. Filthy and run down, bedding and walls full of stains, pillow moldy. Staff unhelpful and woke everyone up late at night. No fan so the room is hot, Wi-Fi does not work, showers barely run, smoking allowed inside and it's disgusting, the dorm door is always open so anyone can enter. Book anywhere else.

It is so pour and dirty！There is dripping water for shower and mini size toilet space！The room is damn smelly！

There is a lot of room for improvement, right now it feels like a flophouse for mainly Mexicans looking for cheap accommodations. it's not an ideal atmosphere for foreign backpackers. There needs to be onsite full time staff to keep this hostel neat and organized.

Arrived to laundry literally piled EVERYWHERE! I’m trying to convince a friend hosteling is cool and was embarrassed by this property. Our private room he called a ‘dungeon’ which had no windows except the door to the lobby and the room was muggy and smelled of bleach yet along the walls of the room were dirty and there were a few long strands of hair on the bed. La peor experiencia que tuve en mi viaje a México. Llegué a las 10:15 am con la esperanza de poder dejar la maleta pero ni siquiera me dejaron pasar, te atienden por una ventanita como si uno estuviese pidiendo limosna. Luego entendí que los que estaban eran huespedes, ya que el dueño aparece muy de vez en cuando y no deja a nadie encargado en recepción. El hostal deprimente, las paredes y muebles viejos. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

I stayed here for 2 nights, I had a private room. It is quite basic including breakfast. Great location, short 500m walk to Centro including restaurants and cafes. Showers are less than average. You can find much better and cheaper places if you are happy to be a kilometre from Centro.

Looks a little creepy, but it works if you just need a place where to sleep. The location is not bad. The breakfast was not something you are going to like.

El hostel es muy pequeño y la ubicación esta complicada pero el servicio es muy amable y se preocupan por todo. Ambiente muy amigable.

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW CHECK IN IS AT 3:00 PM. We got there early and did not read check-in is at 3 and we’re stuck waiting for awhile. Araceli is awesome and works very hard. She is super knowledgeable about the town so she can point you in the right direction in whatever you want to do. The location is pretty good, especially if you want to get some extra steps in. There are only two bathrooms so that’s a bit of a con as I had to wait but for the price, this place is great.

Super Hostel. Super Host. Sehr sauber und schön bunt gestaltet. Das Lady Dorm ist sauber und ruhig und die Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf die ganze Stadt ist top. Nur zu empfehlen!

This was a great hostal! I enjoyed how quiet and cute it was. Not a big place but loved how it still had a terrace to relax and enjoy the sun. Very close to downtown and main plazas. And the staff was great, Luis and Oscar, both were very attentive, friendly and always available to help with anything that was needed. Will definitely stay here again!!

bon établissement pour son prix. Un peu petit, il est propre. Le personnel est gentil ! Le petit déjeuner est léger, ça serait bien d'ajouter des fruits ou autre.

Estuve de paso solo 1 noche por cuestiones de trabajo. El personal muy amable y siempre en comunicación. Quizás que no termino por convencerme de poner una mayor puntuación fue la limpieza de las duchas y lo super super DECEPCIONANTE fue el desayuno ya que al ser muy temprano (8:30-9 am) no había personal con quién apoyarse, terminé por coger un poco de café y pan tostado. Muy bueno en cuanto CALIDAD vs PRECIO, es tal cual lo que se espera por un hospedaje de este tipo. Igualmente volver�...

Un lugar muy tranquilo y relajado, bien ubicado y con lo necesario para estar bien. Buen internet. A las instalaciones le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero en general me sentí muy cómoda. Gracias!

Hostel très agréable, propre, avec pas mal d'ustensiles à disposition. Un grand merci à Edgard, qui fait un super travail dans l'hostel !

Great hostel, great value, Araceli and Oscar were great and helped me allot. I’d stay here again. Amazing Chinese Bao place around the corner.
