+ Air-conditioning was cool and worked well. Check-in and out - easy enough.

- One word to summarise our stay - shambles! Staff were unorganised and spoke very little English. Kitchen was not operational at all during our stay, wasn't informed of this until we had ordered dinner/drinks, waited 10 minutes and then were informed by another employee. Can't have outside food and drinks in venue. No soap or toiletries provided. Stored luggage is just your bags near the front desk with a CCTV camera aimed on them. Sheets were not clean. Towels were an after thought and given to us later by staff. Black mould in bathroom. Shower leaked. No hot water. Toilet constantly refilling - very loud and disruptive during the night. No toilet paper holder, just a toilet roll. Bedroom looks nothing like the photos.

- לא להתקרב למקום הזה!!!!! הצוות נקיון נגע לנו בדברים ,קנינו לעצמנו אוכל והם פשוט אכלו והשאירו הכל פתוח ככה על השולחן. לא לעניין והם גם אמרו לנו בקבלה מחיר אחר מימה שסגרנו בבוקינג. בבר פה האוכל לא ואו והדלתות כאן לא אטומות מספיק.

+ La ubicación

- El personal es terrible, no ayuda y apenas habla inglés, tienen animales y la familia vive en la recepción

- We didn’t have a good stay due to the room. Avoid the pool bungalow/villa. It was damp, the bedding was damp. Basically it was a wet room with a bed. We only stayed a night but couldn’t get out it quick enough. I felt dirty when I left. Maybe the other rooms are okay but the villa/pool room was awful.

- Nous avions demandé un coffre fort. On nous avait assuré qu´il y en avait un, il ne marchait pas. Ce qui est présenté comme un bungalow n´est en fait qu´une chambre en rez de chaussée donnant sur une cour en béton mal entretenue. Les sanitaires fuient. Il n´y a pas de porte aux toilettes. Au moment du départ, à 7 heures 10 du matin nous avons dû insister pour obtenir un petit déjeuner, alors qu´ il est affiché que le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 7 heures. Nous avions déjà payé ce petit déjeuner.

- חדרים במצב לא טוב, בחדר אמבטיה מחמם מים לא עבד התקלחנו במים קרים. בקשנו להחליף חדר לקומה נמוכה אמרו שאין. רק אחרי שעזבנו באמצע אמרו שיש חדר בקומה נמוכה, צוות לא אמין. דיווחו לבוקינג שלא באנו למרות שישנו שם לילה ושילמנו על כל הזמן שהזמנו.

+ Good location

- Staff were so poor. They would leave you standing there for ages waiting for someone that could speak English. We ordered food and it took over 40mins. Asked for our room to be cleaned and they forgot. Asked for fresh towels and had to remind them 20mins later because they also forgot. Tap hanging off sink. Drain in shower clogged.

+ Réceptionniste très aimable. Literie parfaite.

- Pas d'eau chaude. Salle de bain en mauvais état. Tapis de bain déchiré. Robinets qui ne sont pas bien fixés. Bruits de tuyauteries la nuit.

- La première chambre n’était pas propre du tout !!! Les taies d’oreiller étaient jaunes et sentaient mauvais !!!! Inconfortable, pas de rideaux occultants , le balcon vue sur des débris etc…. On a réclamé et ils nous ont mis dans une autre chambre où là c’était correct au quatrième étage sans ascenseur mais plus confortable.

+ The location was good and the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the wifi was strong

- The room is such a weird layout. No door to the toilet so if you are sharing a room, beware.. It seems as though it’s a family run resort so many members there, which is fine but I needed something from the front desk and had to interrupt them having dinner which I felt bad for (why should I when I’m the paying guest??) They did my laundry but stained 4 shirts.. It’s probably the weirdest property we’ve stayed at in SEA & wouldn’t waste my time. I guess it was cheap so we got what we paid for?

+ Location - pool - good wifi - reception staff and room attendants are extremely pleasant and helpful

- State of the room - noise levels at night from the pool area going past midnight - no tv in room - safe not fixed so anyone can take it - location of bungalow is not safe as it is side by side an unsecured open entrance - overall upkeep of room

+ Très bien ! Je conseille le bungalow, très appréciable

- Pas de ménage fait dans les chambres. La Clim est aléatoire. Pas assez de matelas sur les transats de la piscine. Le bruit des coqs toute la nuit impossible de dormir.

- The bed felt like a rock. We stayed for 4 nights and not once was our room cleaned, bins weren't emptied, no fresh towels and had to ask for more toilet paper. Staff ignored you while standing at the bar. Said they didnt serve food when they had a food menu out advertising they did.

+ The staff were extremely welcoming, the facilities were clean and better than expected and was in an excellent location.

+ Our receptionist did an utmost to make it comfortable for us.. and helped us out to get tickets for the festival that had place in the village. Service wise great! We booked the appartement on the top, which had an amazing view over the mountains and sun set.

- Unfortunately the cleaningness of the appartement was really not good. Lots of spiderwebs, dust, etc. Due to poor isolation and the chickens/roosters we were awake for a whole concert as from 3AM. In the end we moved hotel around the corner for 2nd night

+ It was new. Comfortable beds. Clean.

+ Amazing place! The views from my room were extraordinary. I were seriously ill some days and the staff were helping me with making appropriate food late in the evening. That is details I remember and appreciate a lot.

+ מלון בצב ירוד, מחמם המים בחדר האמבטיה לא עבד התרחצנו במים קרים. קבלנו חדר בקומה 3 בקשנו להחליף אמרו שאין חדרים. למוחורת עברנו למלון אחר. אז שאלו למה לא בקשנו להחליף חדר. רמת השירות לא טובה. הם דיווחו לבוקינג שלא הגיענו למרות שישנו לילה במקום הזה.. לא אמינים.

- רמת שירות ירודה, לא מקשיבים לבקשות של האורחים, מצב חדר המקלחת היה רע מאוד. מחמם המים לא עבד התקלחנו במים קרים. בקשנו חדר בקומה נמוכה ואמרו שאין רק אחרי העזבנו אשלו למה לא בקשנו להחילף חדר. שירות רע. כתוב שיש קומום בחר- לא היה . אמרו שיש שירות נטפליקס בטלויזיה- לא היה
