Although there are no other hostels in the area I would not recommend staying here. This hostel did not feel safe as a solo female traveller and it was very very unclean.
La higiene es malísima! El baño, la pieza, la cama. Salí con picaduras de bichos en mi cuerpo. Aún que es el único hostel en Iquique, no lo recomiendo.

Un des pires hostels où j'ai séjourné de tout mon voyage. Les WC sont tellement sales qu'il y a des algues au fond de la cuvette. La cuisine a besoin d'un nettoyage complet. La chambre pour femme était correct mais on y capte pas bien la wifi. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.
The dirtiest kitchen i have seen in 33 months. it was 'cleanded' every day, but it was still dirty,disgusting and shitty. Toiletts the same. Dirty balkony. Showers and bed where ok. Great livingroom/dining/terrace area.
Lo malo, está muy sucio y huele mal, poca ventilación y mal aseado. Si bien el ambiente está muy bueno, lo sucio y mal oliente del lugar tapa la buena onda, precio calidad 0
No tiene agua caliente, moscas en el comedor.
Mise à part la gentillesse des réceptionnistes et une bonne localisation, l’hôtel est sans ambiance (mais j’y suis peut être allée hors période touristique), très sale : je me suis faite piquée par un insecte dans mon lit, le sol n’est pas propre et les toilettes sont affreux. De plus je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude. L’hôtel n’est pas très cher pour la ville
Great location a stones throw from the beach. This hostel is not clean. The showers and kitchen are not clean. Does not feel hygienic.
Tudo estava muito sujo. A cozinha estava imunda, todos pratos e talheres sujos, banheiros sujos e com pertences esquecidos por hóspedes, tanto nas cabines quanto nos chuveiros. Me deu uma impressão de que, por haver tanta sujeira, o pessoal do staff até desistiu e nem tenta mais. A geladeira fedia. Não voltaria a me hospedar neste local, prefiro pagar mais caro, se necessário, mas ter um lugar que possa habitar com um mínimo de conforto.

Super Hostel, alles was man braucht für ein Hostel
Its ok, but the hygiene could definitely do with some work. The bathrooms were pretty grimy and the bedsheets didnt fill me with confidence. Good enough for a night, but nothing to write home about

Great location next to the beach with bars and resultants close by. The facilities were not great with the kitchen being dirty, damaged bathrooms and the dorms without plug sockets for all beds.
Staff very nice and great location but like a lot of other reviews said bathrooms are extremely dirty and there is a local hangout every night until 2-3am making it almost impossible to sleep. Bed mattress you can feel the springs but the bedding is very comfortable. Outside patio is pretty.

The staff at the reception were really nice, open, and helpful. We felt comfortable in our room, but unfortunately, the hygiene wasn’t great, especially in the bathroom and partly in the kitchen. Apart from that, the atmosphere was nice, and you can book cool activities through the hostel.

Our room was ok. The kitchen is a really good size and has everything you need. the bathrooms ran out of hot water after 2 minutes in the shower and there were locks missing/ broken on many of the bathroom doors.
This is a cool hostel, nobody will argue about that. The terraces are barely standing together but the view is great, the location is right next to the beach, and the staff was nice. It’s in shambles, though: the plumbing is a catastrophe. If the owner reads this, it would be worth paying a plumber for a day or two: every pipe is slow draining. The sink in the room was holding with duct tape and I could see the soap bubbling out. My room was right next to a club: party until 6 am. Be warned ;)
Queda a pasos de un hermoso sector costero, cerca a restaurantes, pubs, supermercados, comida rápida y cine. El local tiene todo lo necesario si quieres preparar tus propios alimentos. En el tercer piso hay un balcón con un columpio que tiene una vista genial de la playa.
Everything is quite dirty. The kitchen is not really well equipped. The staff is super nice though!

After I picked a lower bunk the staff said was fine, another worker woke me up at 1am and forced me to move beds. No apology, no nothing. Was also really excited to go sand boarding and get the GoPro videos from their recommended guide, but he flaked out and never shared them.
Verdadero backpacker hostel como eran una vez.posición inmejorable.recomendaria un poco de mntenimiento, enchufes por cada cama arreglar las duchas etc!
Cute hostel very close to the beach. The facilities are a bit outdated sometimes (water doesn't run off in the shower), but all in all it's a decent hostel.

The hostel is well located. However, it looks generally very old. For example, there is a broken armchair on the rooftop, my lamp by the bed was broken and in general it looks rather run down. The kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. They clean every day, but not thoroughly…
