To start with the positive the hostel was in a very good location close to the town, the negative side of this is that the hostel was noisy as it was very hot so windows had to be left open. There are fans but no air conditioning. The room that is supposed to be a kitchen/meeting room is a small room that contains a microwave, kettle, and a broken table top cooker that was still broken 10 days later on our second visit, some chipped plates and mugs no cutlery.

A fuir absolument ! Accueil extrêmement irrespectueux, sur facturation à tout va, à tel point que nous avons cru qu'il s'agissait d'un scam. Petit indice l'établissement porte trois noms différents. Nous avons croisé deux voyageurs qui ont choisi de ne pas rester sur place. Il y a bien des lits, heureusement, mais pour la propreté on passera. Les serviettes sont tachés et les murs aussi je n'ai pas eu le courage de regarder les draps. Gros manque de respect

This property has no in-person reception, poor kitchen facilities, and the sheets had holes in them. The owner of the establishment was confrontational and rude in all correspondence, and I ended up leaving before staying overnight. Read the reviews for this hostel very carefully before booking.

Very nice hostel with great location!

The location is very convenient. It was close to shops and cafés. Close to subway but other sites are walkable or short tran ride. Very good facilities. Appropriate for a travel hostel. The cleaning person was all business and Rado was very nice and helpful.

The person running it gave me a free upgrade to a private room which was super nice but the hostel itself seamed socially dead. If you want a quiet hostel where you may see almost no one, this is a good spot for you.

it was very calm and quiet, . Toilets were clean,, instructions and communication very reactive and straightforward. The location is just perfect, walking distance from everything, a central metro station few meters away.

Sinceramente, comencé mi estadía en el TOP Center Hostel con algunos malentendidos con el personal, porque no seguí las "house rules". Pero luego de poder hablar y hacernos entender, he tenido una gran estadía. El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, teniendo en cuenta que Sofía es una ciudad que se puede caminar a todos lados. Rado was a Wonderful Host!!! The accommodations were super too! Great location, clean everything, safe, convenient, spacious and great water, hot, water!!! I would.definitely stay again!

Siamo rimaste in questo ostello solamente una notte ed é stato perfetto. Camere pulite, personale molto disponibile durante il check in. Posizione ottima, vicinissimo al centro. Lo consiglio!

The hostel was overbooked and we were put to the sleep in the lobby on the air-pumped mattress. No problem with it but the owner tried to charge me extra for "the deluxe room," extra for a small kid sleeping between us, extra (not little!) for leaving the luggage. We paid several euros for breakfast but we're served a biscuit worth 0.25€. The bathroom was exceptionally dirty. Generally I don't complain but that time I felt being rubbed. Avoid.

The host is super helpful, always ready to assist. The place is in a central location, easy to reach by public transport, and just a short walk from the city center. The room and facilities are squeaky clean. Highly recommended!

We had a very comfortable 2 nights here. All our questions were answered very quickly by the host, and we were able to use the kitchen and bathrooms easily. Especially for the fair price, I very much recommend coming here, as it is a very nice location near the market and key areas with accessable metro lines near by too. Thankyou!
