Our stay (Oct 1–4) was a nightmare. Staff failed to inform us about a bed bug issue, even though they had our contact details. We returned to find our mattresses flipped, belongings moved, and locked bags opened. We unknowingly slept two nights in a room deemed uninhabitable, lost items, and had property damaged. The “compensation” was a last-night room change and free drinks. Appalling mismanagement, zero communication, and total disregard for guest property and safety.

My dorm at first was me and another man, then two girls joined which was nice. However one girl woke up in the night with what we believe was bed bugs! The staff were great about it, moved us to individual rooms and we got complimentary breakfast, however the next day they told us it was not bed bugs and she just had mosquito bites (they looked like bed bugs). The difference between how clean the hotel rooms were and the dorm rooms was also alarming. The dorm shower had mold, but hotel room none
