Bad staff very rude

Easily one of my least favorite hostels I have ever been in. Spend the extra dollar or two and stay literally anywhere else, the atmosphere here will make you want to die

Reception is advertised as 24hr, &check in from 9am. It’s not. Reception opens at 9am and check in at 11. Not a problem if advertised correctly but we arrived at 7am to drop our bags &there was no one there to even let us into the building. Was given a top bunk even though there were multiple bottom bunks available, apparently they prioritise long termers. very clean except the kitchen in the morning as cleaner didn’t start till 8ish. 2 bathrooms is NOT enough & there was almost never 1 free...

My bed didn't have a plug or curtains and most lockers do not have keys (and there is no way to put a lock if you brought one). The door to the dorms do not lock. Some guy would sometimes come in my dorm to stare at me for 10 seconds before leaving.

20 beds 2 toilets. A/C works very good location a bit messy but overall a decent hostel.

Good location. Expected it to be cleaner, but some of those negatives may have been out of the hostel’s hands. Only two showers and toilets in the hostel. Not an atmosphere for spending time with other travelers, but fine to sleep. Walkable to whatever you may need.

Is a good hostel If you want to stay one or two days but in my personal experience I didn’t have the best time. There were people that was living there mostly old people (which I respect but I couldn’t sleep well) also there was a guy drinking and talking to people making them uncomfortable. The beds are not the best and my bed didn’t have any plug, the staff is nice and will try to help you in everything you need, the kitchen and the balcony are also nice.

Very noisy at night. No one follows the rules and a convivencial common sense. No one from staff to complain during night and until 10am when I had to leave

The facilities of the hostel is allright but the staff could be more represented and aware of what is going on in the hostel. Often I felt I was working there because the staff wasn’t there to answer questions or answer the doorbell. There was a lack of toilet paper too. But nice location 😅

it was ok. but biggest issue was dried snots on the back side of my pillow case ICK!!!. I couldn't find anyone at that time. but other things was normal.

Leider nicht so ein gutes Erlebnis im Hostel gehabt, sehr komische Stimmung aufgrund von Dauer Mietern. Wurden auch von einem Beleidigt und in der ersten Nacht wurden wir von der Putzfrau um 7:30 geweckt da sie Putzen wollte. Die Küche war auch extrem dreckig würde die Unterkunft also nur bedingt empfehlen

Bad staff very rude

I gave the staff 4 stars because of Jovana who was very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to meet her but she was following up with me online until she made sure I got all the instructions to do the check in online as I arrived around midnight. Her colleague on the other hand -who told me her name is Natasha- was slightly cold and she wasn’t so helpful. I needed an iron and an ironing board as it says here it’s available but it wasn’t. She actually couldn’t care less

Good clean hostel with nice communal couches and good value. I was the only female guest but all the Serbian locals were very interesting and generous. Washing and drying are €4.5 each, which seems expensive to me but I think is just market rates.

Gute Lage und angenehme Atmosphäre. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar Leider ist die Küche super spärlich ausgerüstet, was das Kochen etwas schwer gemacht hat. Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit, viele jedoch unerfahren, weshalb ich jedes Mal unterschiedliche Auskünfte bekommen habe.

Very good located hotel with nice staff. It is in one of the main streets, so it can get quite noisy, however, this is something you can solve easily with earplugs. The mattress are a bit old and can be changed as they are hard and a bit smelly, but nothing too serious. Overall a very good hostel for the price

Average hostel. Reception was rarely open, however this was due to being short staffed so understandable. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable but Lockers were very small. Kitchen was often very dirty and showers had mould on the walls. Key to the hostel was in a lock box outside for all to access, once inside anyone could go in any room. Overall good for the price but could have been a lot better

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Quiet, good location, considerate guests, clean, comfortable, safe, helpful & cheerful staff🤩👌🏽🤌🏼

I've been to almost all hostels. This one, all though not realising when I first arrived, is the best. But that's just personal opinion, but others agree too.
