Very misleading a “luxury hostel” this is not! Which is a shame as it sets up immediate feeling of disappointment so a tricky claim to put in your hostel name, especially when the price is certainly in the higher end of hostels. The beds were quite literally made out of scaffolding material, and it doesn’t come off as industrial style. The furniture throughout is very basic. Even though in April, as the bedding was thin, it was very cold in the night time. On the other side, there were a lot of mosquitoes. I was bitten about 20 times during the night. The breakfast was insufficient. There were just a few kinds of vegetables, and only cold meal. The location and the staff are good enough. Comparing with consumer prices, the hotel charge is quite expensive in this city as well as this hostel.

I had a good stay here. Everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was so good. However, I was the only person staying at the hostel, so it felt a bit lonely. I guess it’s because they’re a new hostel and still have to get more popular. It also didn’t seem like they organize much activities. But Clelia made me feel very welcome and looked up some information for me. Don’t go here for a social vibe, but only if you want a quiet peaceful stay with great amenitie...

New hostel ina great location and with great facilities. The only thing I say is that it makes no dsense that guests can not use the kitchen nor store food!

Amazing hostel! 11/10. I came twice during my trip because I loved it so much. The staff are incredible and super helpful with everything, always going out of their way. The included breakfast is delicious - fresh bread, pastries, eggs, cheese/meats you name it! They make you whatever coffee you like in the morning too :) And there’s a sparkling water tap for free! Excellent location, the beds are comfortable, ensuite toilets nice and clean.Literally couldn’t ask for a better stay in Palerm...

This hostel was amazing for what I was looking for. Chill and right in the centre of everything, walked everywhere! The breakfast was amazing! The staff is really friendly and helpful. 100% recommend

This is far and away the best hostel I have ever stayed. Location in the heart of the Palermo with great walking access to all the attractions you are coming for. The accommodations were immaculate, very high end and stylish. The staff are so great, friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast.... exactly how you would want a proper Italian breakfast. L'hostel est très sympa et neuf . Le personnel est très gentil et vous aidera pour chacune de vos interrogations. Il y a un chef qui propose des pâtes tous les soirs à un prix abordable. L’Hostel è situato in una zona sicura e a pochi minuti di camminata dalle principali attrazioni. All’entrata principale c’è un servizio di sicurezza H24 e accedere alle camere è possibile solo tramite un codice. Le docce e le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Hostelo è perfetto sia per un soggiorno da pochi giorni o per una permanenza più lunga.

Superbe Auberge, le service est incroyable le personnel est aux petits soins, delicieux petit déjeuner et dîner. une fontaine à eau est disponible (option eau pétillante), le lieu est très propre et sécurisé. Petit bémol dans les douches où l'eau à tendance à innonder le sol.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. Staff made the experience so fun and enjoyable. I have already recommended this property to several people and will continue to. They do a great job of matching your roommates and I feel like they looked after me and my safety. Convenient location but very tricky to find at first.

Absolutely loved my time here to the point I kept extending my days. The staff go above and beyond. The included breakfast is a great time to meet other people in the hostel too. Would stay again if in Palermo!
