Hidden $10 luggage fee after 2pm. If you store bags 'free,' they forbid you from leaving the building and make you sit in lobby or restaurant. Dorms are dark sauna. Uncomfortable beds,flatpillows. Found white stains on sheets, cockroaches, no soap, no lockers in rooms, only ONE electrical outlet. Ceilings leaked, soaking my luggage and ruining my stuff before a flight. Staff are rude and claim the manager is 'missing.' Sketchy area and useless morning-only shuttle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Eh ok. Quick night but staff is not that nice

Arrived around 1 am, as they say they are open 24/7. We tried to get in, and no one would let us in, such a sketchy area at night. Won't give me a refund for the stay either as they say we "never showed up" and now just won't reply to emails regarding this.

Very disappointing. All we wanted was a clean place to stop before the airport. Cockroaches crawling in the bathroom sink and shower. Leftover dead cockroaches also behind the bathroom door. Very dark. No restaurant. Bar not open. Staff unable to give any sort of refund. We left and had to pay for a new hotel. Little sympathy from the staff. Staff even stated someone already complained about the cockroaches last week. It’s not even worth staying here for the free airport shuttle.

The guy at the reception seriously tried to argue with me about the exchange rate and he has some made up number like 550 colones to a dollar just to rip people off a few bucks. Dumbest interaction I’ve ever had in a hostel like dude just make the nightly price a dollar higher maybe then you could put some soap in the bathroom

the beds are extremely squeaky. AC in my room didn't work and it was ungodly hot with no air circulation. The top bunks didn't have a railing which is a major safety concern. I attempted to sleep in the hallway from 2-8am, until I gave up.

The facilities were extremely dirty, no soap to wash hands, bugs all over bathroom. I stayed here for the airport shuttle. In the evening, I asked the front desk manager what I needed to do to take the 4:10 shuttle. He told me I needed nothing in writing; just show up. I checked back later to make sure. Then in the morning, I came downstairs…no shuttle was called. I was told that *obviously* I needed something in writing. After a *lot* of negotiation, I was able to call a later shuttle. Yi...

Lack of support when choosing to stay elsewhere due to illness. They made it very difficult to cancel and charged me in full. Informing them I had severe food poisoning in advance of needing to check in to avoid spreading it to other guests which I thought was the right thing to do. From the response I got the impression they would have preferred me to turn up as planned. Lack of flexibility, zero compassion and money orientated over health and safety.

I understand that an airport hostel doesn’t come with bells and whistles, but the atmosphere of this place was actively uncomfortable. Pros: shuttle included. Cons: Bathroom had not been cleaned and the trashcan stank, my pillowcase was visibly dirty, sheets smelled weird and there were no blankets. The building is 3 or 4 stories high and gives asylum vibes: narrow hallways, tiny rooms crowded together, weird echoes. Car/motorcycle noises all night long. Go elsewhere if you can.

Good for one night only before/after a flight. The free shuttle and short distance from the airport made me choose this hostel. It was very loud and not super well maintained but fine for one night.

it's super close to the airport and has a free shuttle but that's really the only standout part of this hostel. It's very basic but priced well and was clean enough.

Just put curtains on the beds its not hard

El hostal tiene una buena ubicación y en general las instalaciones son cómodas, especialmente las habitaciones y camas. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con la atención no fue la mejor. Sentí poca disposición para brindar soluciones en el momento y falta de flexibilidad en temas de pago, lo que hizo el proceso menos cómodo de lo esperado. En general, el lugar está bien, pero el servicio podría mejorar.

Nice airport hostel. Just a bit noisy as you can expect in an hostel, could hear people in the hallways and the cars passing by outside, so bring earplugs and you should be fine. Overall it was good for the price !

Dortoir de 10 à fuir absolument, aucune fenêtre pour aérer, donc odeurs insoutenable. Plus une gestion de la clim aléatoire, marche une nuit sur 2 ou seulement la moitié de la nuit.

Great Hostel for one night after/before a flight. The free shuttle to the airport is very convenient and was easy to book over the reception. There is a rooftop bar, where you can have drinks and some snacks. Beds were comfortable!

Muy buena estancia, muy seguro para mujeres que viajan solas y el shuttle al aeropuerto muy bien.

I got a single room with AC and a private bathroom I just felt it was priced a bit high.

The facilities lack common areas, the music is great almost always reggae, it could be cleaner. Lots of flow of people throughout the night. (Flights coming in and flights out)

Super loud at night, crowded rooms. Perfect if you wanna just spend the night before a flight because of their free airport shuttles! Worth the money.

It is so noisy from the cars passing on the streets all night long. I was under the impression of sleeping on the sidewalk. The window couldn' t be shut down. Slept only 2 hours.

Pratique pour une arrivée à l'aéroport. Lits peu confortable. Grande vitres sur un puits de lumière qui éclaire la pièce au tôt le matin. Lits en métal avec une échelle amovible. Nous avions une échelle pour 3 lits du haut. Pas pratique.

Great experience especially free airport pickup and helpful great staff

It has no kitchen. It's very clean. The beds and bathroom are clean. There's no common area. It's really only suitable for one night if you need to get to the airport, and nothing more. It has hot water.

+ Free Airport Shuttle a few times a day + Friendly employee who bored me a bowl for my breakfast + 4 bed room with own bathroom with hot shower - No kitchen at all and so no possibility to prepare own food - Beds are very old and not comfy at all - Very loud outside the hostel
