Casa Montemar Heights

We had to get out of there after 3 nights because the conditions were really bad. The room was smelly and moldy, the sheets and towels had bloodstains on them, the bed almost broke and the doorknob fell off. Dont get me started on the bathroom, the toilet did nit flush very well, the sink did not drain, the showerhead just dangled and the there was absolutely no water pressure. En arrivant, on découvre une clim posée dans le mur qui donne directement sur l’extérieur. La Clim était très sale et rejetée de la poussière directement sur mon lit. Lovely lady checked us in. The room was very dirty, it smelt of mould. There was a big bug that had been splatted with a shoe left on the wall. Hole punched in wall. Stained towels - when I asked for some clean ones he said they’re not dirty they are just stained… and wasn’t happy I asked. Water turned off midway through showering for 20 minutes. Personnel très agréable, ils proposent de bonne excursion à bon prix. Cependant…. Les chambres sont extrêmement humide, la peinture s’effrite… des trous dans les murs et plafond, douche approximativement propre mais peu pratique… aucune connexion au wifi dans les chambres s’éloignant du lobby… aucune ambiance. Piscine pas nettoyé (vase) et l’établissement est tout même assez loin du centre ville sauf si vous aimez marcher 1h

Het personeel was ontzettend lief en behulpzaam! Ze hebben een fijne binnenplek waar je rustig kan zitten. Door slecht weer konden we het eiland niet af en het personeel heeft ons erg geholpen en konden ter plekke steeds een nacht bijboeken. De douche was wat minder maar het is 10 minuten lopen van het centrum en wij voelden ons er erg thuis!!
