Séjour agréable staff magnifique et soignant surtout l'agent de tourisme hassinh et les réceptionnistes tao et l'autre petite charmante avec elle je ne sais pas son nom, et le jeune réceptionniste de nuit qui porte des lunette de vue.. toujours a l'écoute Bon rapport qualité prix je recommande Mes salutations... Really nice hostel!! The beds and the duvets were so comfy, I slept really good! Furthermore the door man was the sweetest and always wishing us a good day!!
Staffs are friendly and helpful. You can reach out to them at anytime and they are proficient in speaking English. I was living in a dorm and the bed is cozy. The only disadvantage is they only have one shower room on the dorm level.
Nice place to stay for a night. It is more of a hotel, so it is not social if you're looking for that vibe. Clean and comfortable dorms. Ty was the kindest security man, always happy and smiling! He always helped me with my bags and always offered a lemonade drink when I was waiting in the reception, huge thanks to Ty! Linh, Thao and Oanh were also helpful:)

+ Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, gần trung tâm, đặc biệt gia đình mình rất thích sự thân thiện của chú Tý với cô Oanh, cô chú rất vui vẻ. Cảm ơn sự hỗ trợ nhiệt tình của bạn Thảo.
- Chắc là do các bạn nhân viên trẻ quen giao tiếp với khách nước ngoài nên với khách Việt các bạn hơi ít cười.
+ Everything was exactly like on the pictures. No false advertisement, we were happy. We would have wished the pool to be a non smoking area but nevertheless it was great. We thank the staff we met. Thao, Ty, Nhi, An, Tuan, Linh, Oanh, Hieu, Phuong, Nhung.

- Nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on nous fasse prendre une navette a 200000 vnd alrs qu'un taxi coute 50000 vnd. Une dame a l'accueil, pas tres agreable lorsque je lui ai di que j'utilisais un service de pressing autre que le sien.

+ Surprise! Nous avions un studio spacieux, avec belle vue. Tout était propre, la piscine sur le toit, dommage nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit.

+ Das Zimmer war groß genug und vorallem sauber. Das Personal (Ty, Thao An, Link und Oank) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
