- The security. My passport, bank card, and all the cash were stolen when I was sitting in the reading room, working on my laptop. The CCTV captured everything, but there is no possibility to get anything back. The hostel should pay more attention to the stealers and need to improve the security to protect the customers.

- Fomos furtados no restaurante do hotel, durante o café da manhã tão logo chegamos, em nossa primeira meia hora no estabelecimento. Não havíamos sequer sido instalados em nosso quarto, e, para piorar, minha esposa estava grávida. Após o episódio realmente indesejável (e entendo perfeitamente a limitação na responsabilidade do hotel), não houve esforço da equipe para solucionar o problema, auxiliar nos trâmites burocráticos ou sequer ressarcir os danos. Seguiram como se nada tivesse ocorrido - o que aí sim, nos deixou extremamente frustrados.

- Es un lugar donde el descanso de los huéspedes no es la prioridad. No pude dormir en todo el fin de semana. Hay un bar en la planta baja y otro en la terraza, por lo cual no te salvas de tener que escuchar música horrible hasta las 2am. Además de eso el resto d la gente GRITA por la mañana y por la noche, no hay ningún respeto al descanso ajeno. Además entra gente random queriéndote vender fiestas y eso no se siente seguro. Por cierto: un día llegué y estaba saliendo agua por la lámpara de la ducha (habitación 103) supongo que era una filtración de la ducha de arriba. No sé cómo no ha habido un corto circuito. Estuve a punto de irme el primer día y pedir que me devolvieran la pasta, Gracias a Dios estuve solo dos noches. He viajado y me he quedado en muchos hostales en el mundo y este no es un hostal, es un bar donde se puede dormir. Si te quieres ir de fiesta ok, si quieres dormir, huye.
- Extremely noisy during the night. They have a bar, the music is blasting until 2 am in the morning and no-one seems to care much about the people that actually sleeps on the building ( that's actually on top of the bar. ) Really disappointed and definitely not worth the money you paid when there are plenty of options around.

- Отсутствие кухни, холодильника и даже места для того, чтобы поесть вне зоны бара. В зоне бара со своей едой находиться нельзя. Ужасный персонал по уборки комнат, несколько раз заходили до 11 часов (до check out), шумели, один раз разбудили в 9:30, громко обсуждали как выпивали накануне, смеялись, на просьбу говорить потише еще и передразнили. После чего стали выгонять нас из душа, чтобы якобы его помыть, это повторилось дважды с перерывом с 20 минут, в итоге душ так и остался грязный, в полной комнате в выходной день. Сам душ протекает, туда клали полотенце, которое было постоянно мокрое Нормального света в комнате нет, только индивидуальные светильники Ну и вдобавок в хостеле есть деление на общие комнаты и женские, общие в сутки на 5€ дешевле, на деле общие комнаты выбирают в основном мужчины, девушки селятся отдельно. За 7 дней я жила все время только с мужчинами. Такое разделение по ценам очень похоже на дискриминацию и своеобразный «налог на розовое». При таком раскладе незакрывающаяся дверь в ванную была вишенкой на торте этого замечательного проживания

- Yesterday (11-11-2024) when I arrived at the hotel at 01:00 in the morning, I asked the girl at the reception and said: please could you call me a taxi and wake me up at 4:00 am if I can't wake up, so that I can take the taxi to the airport. This girl told me that ‘I can't wake you up’, I was a bit confused by her unpleasant answer. In fact, as I arrived at 1:00 am at the hotel, I realised that my flight had been changed and I had no more energy to get up at 4:00 am and missed my flight. The taxi was 4:00 am at the hotel and the girl was unable to call me on my mobile phone or wake me up. So why do they say they have 24 hour reception service? this is false information from this hotel. I do not understand how there are people who are so unhelpful and uncooperative with tourists, this hotel should take action in this situation. Thanks to the bad service of this girl I had to pay for a new flight back to brussels. By the way the product machine is broken, twice I made a payment for drinks and I reported this to the girl, she didn't even get up to do a check, staff lack of training to serve customers. I would not recommend this hotel for anything in the world. Esta chica me dijo que 'no puedo despertarte', me quedé un poco confuso por su desagradable respuesta. De hecho, al llegar a la 1:00 am al hotel, me di cuenta de que mi vuelo había sido cambiado y no tenía más energía para levantarme a las 4:00 am y perdí mi vuelo. El taxi estaba a las 4:00 am en el hotel y la chica fue incapaz de llamarme al móvil o despertarme. ¿Por qué dicen que tienen servicio de recepción 24 horas? es información falsa de este hotel.

Es la segunda vez que voy y sin dudas es uno de los mejores hostel en los que he estado. La limpieza es excelente, el personal tambien. Pablo te ayuda en todo lo que puede. 100% recomendable!!
This is my second time there and without a doubt it is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. the cleanliness is excellent, the staff too. pablo helps you in everything he can. 100% recommended!!
The location and the common areas are okay. Staff was friendly. But the room that I stayed in was not that great. The beds were comfortable, and having a curtain for extra privacy was nice. The toilet was ok, but the shower area was not that good. The shower in and of itself was fine, but there was almost nothing for you to put your clothes in, so I had to leave some on the floor. But the worst was the sinks. They were in the bedroom’s common area, so you could hear everyone’s business. No...
Loved this hostel! I stayed in a private room with hot water and a cozy bed! Great location, would definitely recommend!
Chambre spartiate, avec salle de bain et toilette privative. Mais le lavabos était dans la chambre. Ce qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et ne laissait que peu d'intimité. Système de locker payant en guise de consigne. C'est la 1ère fois que je vois ça dans une auberge de jeunesse ! Staff très agréable et chaleureux. Très bien située, les principales activités en ville accessibles à pieds.
Spartan room, with private bathroom and toilet. But the bathroom was in the bedroom. Which made a lot of noise and left little privacy. Locker system paid for as a consignment. This is the first time I've seen this in a hostel ! Very nice and warm staff. Very well located, the main activities in the city within walking distance.
Great place to stay at in Madrid !
In my opinion, the environment wasn’t very chill for visitors because the common area is connected to the reception. Since there is a lot of foot traffic, it’s quite difficult to relax or rest properly. The rooftop bar was not open during my stay, and overall the rooftop vibe wasn’t great. However, the hostel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good and enjoyable. Thanks for having me;)
